Lovely 45 sq. meters apartment, recently restored and furnished in Ikea Style (march 2009) few meters to St. Peter’s Basilica and close to the major monuments of the Historical City Center of Rome.
This very quite and comfortable apartment has 1 double bedroom + living rooms with 2 double sofa beds + 1 batrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.
The apartments is a few steps from St. Peter Basilica, in the heart of the Eternal City, well connected with the City Center, with Fiumicino Airport and Termini Train Station, and offers a strategic position to visit the city without a car.

As of 01/01/11 the City Council of Rome has approved an overnight accomodation tax of 2 Euro per person per night, this tax is charged for a maximum of 10 nights, children up to 10 years do not have to pay the overnight accomodation tax.

Extra charge for each additional person (15 Euro per night or 80 euro per week).
Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
Extra charge required for final cleaning (50 euro ).

This stay was the second time we've been to a rentalsinrome appartment. Like the last time we appreciated to have chosen rentalsinrome. The appartment has got everything we need, is super near to the Vatican and other places of interested, next to the railway station St.Pietro (perfect for coming from and going to the airport), a supermarket (open from 8 am to 8 pm) is reachable in 5 minutes by foot. The appartment was clean, we didn't have to camplain about anything.
The welcome and the conversation prior to our stay was very cordial.
We boundless recommend the appartment and rentalsinrome. -

It is pretty hard to beat! We had 3 generations of our family staying in Vaticano E, ages ranging from 1 to 78. We all loved it for different reasons. Proximity to trains, buses, St. Peter's square, an amazing supermarket and even a park! We had a washer and dryer which made our trip so much easier. The management was very nice to work with and always helpful. We hope to visit Rome again sometime and would stay in this apartment again.
