This apartment is situated on the top floor of the building, which is the fifth floor, and also has a staircase leading up to an upper level. There is a private terrace overlookin...g the surrounding rooftops furnished with a table, chairs, and umbrella.

Fifth floor: The kitchen is located on this level and is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Upper level: Stairs lead to a combined living and dining room where there are couches, satellite TV, and a large dining table with chairs. This room also opens to the large private terrace with a dining table and a wonderful view of the roofs and church domes of ancient Rome.

This apartment is located on the Via Dei Gubbonari, about two minutes' walk away from the Piazza Campo dei Fiori in the historic center of Rome. This area lies between the Tiber and the Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. It contains some of the most important historic buildings in Rome, including the Acrea Sacra del Largo Argentina, Chancery Palace, the Palazzo Farnese, the Capella del Monte di Pieta, and the Pantheon. The apartment itself is a fifteen-minute walk from the nearest underground station, Spagna. Nearby you will also find stops for the ATAC bus lines 40, 46, 62, 64, 70, 190, 571, and 916, as well as the electric bus lines 116 and 116T, and tram line 8. You can reach Termini train station by taking bus 70 from Largo Argentina; it takes about 10 minutes.

  Very Roman. The apartment was just as advertised and better than the photos indicated. Bright and airy, with a very lively terrace. Facilities were roomy and private. Open air circulation avoided the need for any air conditioning although it was very warm (upper 80's F). This is a great location, being just across the Tiber from Trastevere where the best retaurants are located and most locals eat.
  
  Location, space and air. The terrace was a delight. (I am not talking aboiut a "view". There was no "view", just a wonderful openess.)
  
  Dining and proximity of sights. Very local, not at all touristy.

  It was a very good experience. We would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome. The location was superb and the lady who operates the apartment was very helpful and accommodating. We found whtever we needed to eat at the nearby grocery store. The Magnolia Restaurant in the Campo dei Fiori is excellent. The driver who met us at the airport was fantastic as were the other drivers whom we called upon for various trips within Rome. A good location, and very clean apartment.
  
  The location was superb; the historic district was a terrific area to stay in.

  Great experience. The apartment is clean and large. It was located in a great place for shopping and eating.
  
  The apartment was large and every bedroom had its own bathroom. It was centrally located. I loved having a washing machine and dryer. The outside area was beautiful.
  
  The shower head in the master bathroom didn't work well and the shower in the middle bathroom didn't drain well.
  
  The trains and taxi stand were close and it was within walking distance to most sights.
