Tasteful decorated, modern, bright and elegant apartment recently completely renovated in the heart of the City Center of Rome, walking distance to the Vatican and to all the main historical sights of the City.
It is located in the neighbourhood Prati which is one of the most distinctive spot of the City with its famous shopping areas.
The apartment is 60 mq2 wide. (about 650 sq2)
It is located in a typical 30’s building with a beautiful quiet courtyard, at second floor (Italian style) - third floor (American style) with elevator.
It can sleeps up to 5 guests.

The apartment is located in one of the most famous, important and distinguished area of Rome.
The neighbourhood “Prati” is one of the best connected area of Rome!
The location is extremely central and close to many historical landmarks that can be easily reached either on foot or by Subway Line A which is right at your doorstep.
Our apartment is located right at the entrance of the Subway Line A called: “Cipro – Musei Vaticani”.
It is literally footsteps away from the Vatican Museums and its famous “Sistine Chapel”, the Vatican City, Saint Peter’s Square and Basilica ( note: Saint Peter’s dome is visible from our living room’s window).
The apartment is also walking distance to Via Candia, Via Cola di Rienzo and Piazza Risorgimento one of the best shopping areas of Rome with its famous boutiques and all the Italian’s most important fashion stores.
The rest of the neighbourhood will offer a big choice of characteristic restaurants, wine-bars and take away famous pizzerias!
All the most important historical sights of the City are easily reachable with a ride by Subway or bus.

We live in Perth, Australia, so we were looking for a place in Rome that would give us an easy access to all the major tourist attractions. Having chosen this modern apartment, we were not disappointed. The photos did its complete justice and we got what we were hoping for.
From the original booking to our arrival we could not fault the service, Cristina was the best help we could ever get. When we arrived she walked us to the apartment and spend a great amount of time showing us through every aspect of the apartment, she also provide us booklets with tons of information. Cristina also show us a couple of great local restaurants, shops and transport. From the amenities (wonderful grocery shopping and everything is at one's doorstep) to the facility to get to any place in the city in a convenient and timely manner (the metro is a two minute walk away and you can practically walk anywhere as you are at the centre of it all) ). We have no hesitation to recommend this apartment to everyone. -

Appartement très fonctionnel dans une résidence très agréable et très calme. Appartement très bien placé par sa proximité du métro: à peine 5 min à pied mais aussi possibilité de rejoindre le centre historique de Rome à pied ( on peut utiliser le métro pour le retour!!! ). Magnifique marché couvert à deux pas de l'immeuble ainsi que 2 supermarchés aux horaires très adaptés à la vie touristique. N'oublions pas l'accueil et la gentillesse de Cristina. Je recommande cet appartement.

bien situé et très propre, cet appartement est très bien équipé. La chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure assure le repos total après les journées passées à visiter. Christina nous accueille et met ses hôtes dans les meilleures conditions pour un séjour très agréable. Nous avons apprécié le taxi qu'elle nous réserve à partir de l'aéroport.

My husband and myself had a wonderful stay in Rome and we loved staying in this apartment: very conveniently located in a quiet building, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped (the kitchen felt just like home, everything needed was there), the owner Maria Cristina was very helpful and provided all kind of useful touristic information. She also offered to arrange the transfer from the airport by private car which was very convenient and not much more expensive than a taxi. Just round the corner there are 2 supermarkets, several nice little restaurants, a fresh food market, the bus, the metro station and you can see the walls of the Vatican from the living room window.

We received an excellent service.The owner and her Mum are really helpful.
The home is very confortable and very close to the metro station.
It is very easy to visit Rome from there.
My Mum and I have had a wonderful stay in Rome.
The additionnal bed in the living-room is not confortable enough.

This apartment was wonderful! It was extremely clean, and well looked after. It was stocked with the basics, and literally steps from the Vatican!
You can hear the bells of the vatican ringing, and if you put your head out of the living room window you can see it.
We met Christina, she was lovely, very helpful about busses or taxi's, and showed us how things worked in the condo before she left. She has children's movies and a few toys, and games for a bit of a wind down before sleeping for the night. If going back to Rome I would stay there in a minute. It made our vacation very special indeed!

Located near everything in Roma. An easy walk to the Vatican, bus and Metro lines. Quiet area, amazing food across and down the street. I've stayed at both of their locations, and the owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you don't stay here, you've made a bad decision in your travel plans.
