HamburgVery charming, excellently located, but not as clean as expected
Left on 10/10/2011 for a stay in June 2011
The flat is perfectly located, well equipped, absolutely charming, but the cleanliness was bad (maybe overlooked if you only stay a couple of days); no vacuum cleaner so you couldn't clean yourself properly; As we stayed 4 weeks we invested the energy and cleaned everything ourselves at the start, afterwards we had a perfect stay. I can recommend this for a short stay for up to 4 people, long term stay only 2; don't bring to much stuff, as there is no wardrobe, only some shelves in the bed room. no aircon.

The apartment was quirky and fantastic, the location slap bang in the centre of Roma. Everyone I spoke to at Hallids was very helpful.

Ottawa, CanadaGreat location, mediocre facilities.
Left on 10/05/2010 for a stay in September 2010
This is a comfortably large apartment in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of everything. We felt it was overpriced for the quality of the apartment. Eclectic layout. The deeply sunken shower was definitely scary. The number of steps into the apartment, steps down to the toilet, multiple steps down to the shower, steps out to the patio, steps up from the patio to the separate bedroom (which is across the patio from the main apartment) would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is very dark. Watch out for pigeon droppings on the patio.
