Nice, spacious and very clean apartment, good location in Testaccio with direct view on a nice square with trees(much appreciated inside a city), close to facilities : restaurants (Pizzeria Remo strongly recommended !), gelateria,bakery,3 supermarkets,10 minutes walk for Piramide Metro station and 1km to Coloseum.
Free car parking around the square.

Testaccio is a popular area of Rome, full of life, with excellent popular restaurants, pizzerie, gelaterie. Buses and underground railway are close, and you can walk to beautiful areas nearby. The flat has a view over a large nice square. Can be a bit noisy until late evening in summer, but this is the Italian way of life ! The flat is large, comfortable, with all necessary appliances to host a family, including dishwasher and washing machine. We found it very clean. I recommend it especially to families.

This apartment is very comfortable and family-friendly. We stayed in the apartment for three months and really enjoyed it. The apartment owners are wonderful people. We found everything in the apartment as it is presented on this website. The apartment location is perfect, close to metro station, supermarkets and flea market. Just in front of the apartment there is a playground where kids enjoyed spending time. The apartment is convenient, everything was provided by the owners and there was no need to buy anything in addtion. We really recommend this apartment for a short and long stay. Be sure, you will definitely enjoy it.

The apartment is large and bright and very functional facing to the largest square of the very Roman Testaccio district.
Everything in the apartment was according to description and info + service was excellent.
Extremely well located (metro at 600 m and buses at 100 m).
The area is very nice and well served: within five-minute walking we found many typical restaurants and pizzeria, shops and a large flee market.
It's an ideal solution for a family of four like us (a couple with two children).
I definitely would reccommend it to couples and families looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Rome.
