The apartment of about 85sqm comprises a lounge with sofa bed, a table with 6 chairs, a desk and a wooden wardrobe. In the first room there is a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with whit a canopy bed, a large wardrobe and television with digital decoder. The living area allows access to the kitchen and is furnished with a sofa bed with three seats, and a TV with digital decoder. The kitchen is completely furnished, it has also coffee machine. In the bathroom there is a shower with water heater, and a hairdryer. Moreover the apartment is provided with an iron.

Great location! Very roomy apartment for 4. Shower ridiculously small. You could not turn around, and I'm petite. It was awful for my 6 foot tall son. Apt. had no laundry facility as advertised. Floors were dirty. Pull out sofa didn't have real mattress. It was fine for a 3 night stay though.

We really liked the location and the size / floor plan of the apartment, it worked great for our family of 4 (Two adults, two small daughters aged 7 & 9) We would definitely stay there again
What would have made the place a bit better:
-The shower was very small and I had to build a makeshift device out of a coat hanger to hang the hose and shower head.
-There were not enough towels to last us 9 days and no laundry machines to wash the ones we were given.
- No internet access and very poor cell phone reception (This was actually a bit of a blessing for me)

We're 4 girls enjoyed Rome by staying in this apartment. Perfect location which is alive all day&night; long. Many possibilities for breakfast, lunch/dinner and shopping.
Just walking distance to all necessery places.
Perfect welcome at the airport, nice decorated flat and well done organization.
