This elegant apartment is on the second floor of an elegant building in Via della Vite, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and the boutiques of Via dei Condotti. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished in a modern way, respecting the most ancient decorative elements such as the beautiful oak-beamed ceilings, typical of the most ancient Roman re...sidences. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa (convertible into double bed), a large LCD TV and dining table; the kitchen corner has a breakfast bar with chairs and it is fully equipped with quality appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, kettle etc.

The master bedroom is very spacious and has a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe four seasons and two bedside tables, wooden floors and ceiling beams make it very romantic.   This was a good apartment from a good company. There were a few small niggles with the quality of the place - curtains hanging off of the rail in the bathroom, no water pressure from the bathroom sink, broken toilet roll holder in bathroom etc. Generally though it was very good with an excellent comfy bed. Superb position next to Spanish Steps. This could not really be bettered. Rentinrome were a good company to deal with and although I have rated it only average for value this is due to everything in Rome being stupidly over the top in price. I have travelled to many capital cities but Rome although a great place to visit made London, Washington, Paris etc all seem incredibly cheap by comparison.
