Copenhagen, DenmarkGreat location and spacious appartment
Left on 12/28/2011 for a stay in December 2011
The appartment is centrally located and it is possible to walk to most of the famost sights and attractions - the closest metro station is also close if you need to go further away. We stayed 5 people in the appartment - 2 in each bedroom and one in the lounge - and it did not feel crammed at all. We stayed there in the winter but had no problems heating the place so we could stay warm. The appartment is located in a smal narrow street so it can be a bit noicy if sleeping in the lounge or in the bedroom facing the street.
Great service from the people at the rental company who met us at the appartment at the day of arrival and who dropped off an internet connection the following day. -

BrisbaneWelcoming and comfortable accommodation

If you need lots of space, want to walk everywhere in Rome, stay in a reasonably quiet street but still be just metres away from the Trevi Fountain, this is a great place to stay. No airs or graces but comfy beds and clean linen, a working kitchen (odd stuff in cupboards could do with a good cleaning out). We have two young kids and this was just right for us. Early morning walks to Trevi Fountain for a good play before anyone else was around was a trip highlight.

SydneyGreat location, great apartment, great service
Left on 10/06/2011 for a stay in August 2011
Apartment was exactly as described on the internet- spacious and comfortable. We were met at the apartment with 3 sets of keys as arranged - no problems. The location was ideal: a quiet side street 100 mtr stroll from the Trevi Fountain, 5 min walk to Barberini Metro, taxi rank, and supermarket, plus many restaurants to choose from. The apartment was advertised as having internet connection but this was not available on arrival - however one quick call to the agent and a wireless router was delivered the next day. The 2 beds were equivalent to king size firm but comfortable. We stayed 11 days and would suggest a radio/cd/dvd player be provided to add a bit of life to the apartment as being non-italian speakers the TV was not used. Perhaps add a few more euros to the rent and provide cable TV. More clearer instruction re rubbish disposal would be helpful and a sign above the powerpoint in the laundry warning not to turn off as this controls the water heater would be helpful. Unfortunately one of our party ironed some clothes on the Sat and did not realise that the powerpoint controlled the hot water - hence no hot water until Monday when the agent sent someone asap Monday morning to correct this. Otherwise there were no other issues. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and could easily accommodate another 2 adults or children - only draw back there is one bathroom. This would not stop us from renting this apartment again. We had a great stay.

I stayed in your apartments for three nights with my girlfriends when I went to Rome for my bachalorette party and overall we were very happy. The check in was chaotic and the land lord did not give us the agency contact number or could not provide us with certain answers and the two sofa beds were terrible, but location was amazing, it was clean and well equipped!
