Great stay at this apartment. Our group of 8 adults feared it might be cramped in 3 rooms, but the rooms are all spacious and apartment was well stocked. Booking was easy and owner is lovely to work with. Washing machine was a plus. Good location near metro line. Easy access to Rome sights and grocery store.

We are there with 7 Persons and it was very good to stay in the apartment for 5 days. Supermarket, many good restaurants and underground nearby. Vip-shuttle from and to airport managed by Francesca was ok. The driver was punctual with the minibus. Francesca is a very friendly person. The communication with Francesca via e-mail was very good. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
If we go to Rome too, we want to stay in Francescas apartement. Thank you, Francesca! In the end: Don't forget to go to Fassi: The ice-cream is great!

It's a very spacious apartment in a great location. The owners are friendly. It's a wonderful place from which to discover Rome if you're in town for a few days: We walked to all the main attractions. Ask where supermarkets are located nearby, if you're cooking at home. (They're hard to find in the old city). Make sure to go to the gelateria across the street!
Note: There are some incental fees in the small print: wifi, tourist tax, etc., not included in the main price (but probably should be). -

We just spent 8 nights at Eugenio 32 in Rome. Francesca was very responsive to all our pre-arrival inquiries and post-arrival requests. The apartment is large and is a better alternative to a hotel. The location is very convenient for transit. You really will feel like you are living with the locals.

From the first moment - when Francesca greeted us - and until we left the apartment again, we enjoyed the luxury of staying in the centre of one of the worlds most wonderful cities! Yes, we walked our feet off (!) to see the old stones and ruins, but we had the joy of beeing able to relax in the quiet, clean and cosy apartment! The beds we just great and made it possible to recover from one day to the next!

Excellent and well-equiped apartment. Everything you need for comfortable staying for a long time. Internet access point with 8 mb/s. Hostess is very helpfull and responsive to any request. We had three couples lived at apartment and our staying was quite comfortable 'cause the bedrooms are separated. Termini rail station and metro are very close, so it is easy to reach any part of Rome. Very Recomended for families and all kind of tourists.

We stayed here for four nights. It was terrific!! We had plenty of room for the four of us. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Being on the fifth floor the elevator was great. Francesca was good about check-in and out times and her communication via emails was perfect. We were kinda wondering about the area, being closer to the train station, but it turned out to be just fine. And convenient being so close to the station. Thank you so much for making our stay in Roma so magnifico!!
Grazie Mille

The apartment is close to the train station, so convenient for those without cars. All the bedrooms were large and the apartment was just down the street from the oldest ice cream store in Rome. It was a long walk to get to restaurants after touring Rome all day. Would stay there again. Kitchen has everything you need, and the grocery store is two blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay at Eugenio 32. The apartment was very large and comfortable. There were 7 of us including 3 teenage girls so the 2 bathrooms were a must! Everything we needed was provided and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The Roma Termini Train station was only about 8 blocks away and a very easy walk. From there you can get buses and trains to everywhere very easily as well as all the sightseeing buses (which I recommend highly!) The Gelato shop that is mentioned in the description of the apartment was a favorite stop for us. The grocery store is also very close. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank You Francesca, you made our trip to Rome wonderful! Ps: Don't forget to close the elevator door!

Thanks very much for a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. The whole family had a lovely holiday and will hopefully return soon for another break. The location of the apartment is excellent only 1 metro stop from the main station at termini or a 10 minute walk by foot. There is a few nice small resturants within close proximity to the apartment should you not wish to venture far at nights.

MaltaExcellent stay at Eugenio 32 apartment at 5th floor.
Left on 12/15/2010 for a stay in December 2010
To begin with, me and my friends wanted a good-priced apartment in an excellent location with the best and cheapest price.
After days of research on the internet, I came along this 5th floor apartment in Via Eugenio, it was fantastic! We were a group of 7 friends, (3 couples and a single); we all had double beds and the 7th person slept in a sofa-opened to be a bed which was quite comfortable.
The apartment has two well equipped bathrooms, washing machine, microwave electric oven, gas cooker, central heating, nearly everything one could use for a stay in Rome.
All of us concluded that this apartment had an excellent location to :
-Catch a metro, tram or bus;
-Walk fairly close to the Colosseum,
-Shop for some daily needs (natural water, breakfasts, snacks, bread, etc.)
The apartment was also close to various restaurants;
I would recommend this apartment to a friend. -

We loved the location. Easy to take the metro and close enough to walk to the colloseum and train station. Fun decor. Plenty of space and stocked with the essentials.
Also host was very nice to order transportation to the airport.
A bit chilly but that would be the only complaint--we arrived during a rainy, cold spell. -

The owner was very helpful and prepared for families. Located a block away from metro and 5-7 minute walk from main train station. Several good resturants in the area. Only bad point is not in the most senic neighborhood, but close to many beautiful sites. We walk to several attraction from the apartment. Would definitely recommend it.

Left on 12/03/2010 for a stay in November 2010
We were two families both with 4 small children & it was a comfortable & quiet stay. The beds were hard which is why it is rated at 4 stars for comfort. There wasn't a kettle available to make tea/coffee which would have been nice. Not very many cooking items, but who needs a well equipped kitchen when in Rome? The metro was very close, just one block away. The apartment was very secure and we all felt very safe entering/staying in the apartment. There was a very small lift that allowed one adult with the children to go up to the 5th floor. Great value for money/proximity to TerminiStation (about a ten minute walk). Francesca was very helpful & gave us some local information for eating, etc.

The flat is really nice and comfortable!!
It is very good located, in the multucultural and always "alive" Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, in the center of Rome. It is really close to the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station, and near the Termini train station (only five minutes by walk).
The house is equipped with all the comforts and all the furnitures are new!! I honeslty enjoyed so much staing in that fly and I definatelly recommend it!!
I am sure that i will try to stay again in that flat when i will come back in Rome! -

Left on 09/13/2010 for a stay in August 2010
The position of the flat is convenient, well connected to public transports, walking distance to city center (like 15 min to colosseum) and to the main station, several shops around...
The flat is very nice, clean and comfortable (and large !).
But most importantly the owners were friendly and easygoing: they're a young couple who has travelled a lot, therefore they understand travellers' needs quite well and were ready to help us.
We fully recommend it :-) -

It's a fantastic big flat in the center of Rome. We loved to stay their, we loved it so much that the best moment in Roma where passing it in the flat. Just in front of it you have the best gelateria, Fassi, which I recomend you. By wolk nothing is far, and their is also the tube, the tram and many bus.
The flat owner are really helpfull and hospitable!
I can't just recommend you to go to Roma and stay at this house!!
