We stayed as 2 couples from USa at MokHouse for 3 nights. Apt. was clean, neat and spacious.
Location is perfect...a 10 minute walk from Termini rail station, about 15 minutes on foot to the Colosseum. Neighborhood is full of cafes, shops, restaurants, etc.
Isabell and Sylvia have an office onsite and are quite friendly and helpful with suggestions, pillows or whatever you need.
This apt. is a true bargain. -

"Our" apartment in Rome was amazing - huge and containing everything we needed. We felt truly part of an Italian neighbourhood - leaning out our windows to see what was happening and walking everywhere. We had lots to look at out the five windows - two weddings, the Irish pub, Il Pane (the bread store, which was only open in the morning Tuesday-Saturday), the closest restaurant, and other neighbours. But closing the very good windows shut out any noise very effectively. In our seven days there we took the Metro only three times, even though two stations were very close, because the apartment's location was so good. Marco was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us. He organized tickets to the Galleria Borghese (book at least two days ahead) and did a spectacular job of finding us a reasonably-priced private tour of Pompeii, complete with being picked up at the Naples train station, a quick tour of Naples, followed by a tour of Pompeii. We often dropped into the office after our day out, when Marco and his staff always appeared delighted to see us and expressed interest in our day. Our questions were answered promptly and email communication was excellent.

Our recent stay at the Moka Classic apartment couldn't have been better. Marco, Sylvia, and Isabella were there to greet us after a long plane ride and help us get settled into a lovely apartment in a great section of Rome.The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and attractive (and it had good wifi reception!) Its location, only three blocks from Rome's main train section and equally close to two metro stations, was ideal and meant we could easily get to whatever site or restaurant we wished to visit. We loved staying in a vibrant Roman neighborhood, Monti, and never tired of seeing the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiori Church, just a block away from the apt., each day when we returned "home" after sight-seeing.
One of the best things about staying at the Moka Classic apartment was the exceptional hospitality of Marco and his staff. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and they will try and arrange an early check-in if needed. They maintain an office onsite and while it is not staffed 24/7, during our stay there was someone present almost all the time to assist us. Marco, Sylvia, and Isabella are knowledgeable about sights, restaurants, transportation, etc. and were able to help us navigate our way around the City and make our trip more meaningful and fun. This included mapping out a great walk around the city, calling restaurants to help us secure reservations, and helping us research train schedules for trips to Florence and Venice. We enjoyed our stay with them so much, we returned to Rome at the end of our trip and stayed two extra nights at their equally wonderful B & B on the next floor up. An extra bonus of staying at the B & B is you get breakfast at a neighboring cafe included in the price of the rooms!)
Staying at the Moka Classic apartment and/or the MokHouse B&B; (Moka Pop, Vespa Pop rooms) was a true delight and when we return to Rome we will certainly stay here again at our new "home away from home."

Stayed for 3 nights in the classic apartment on the start of our trip to Italy.
We had 7 of us and all fit! Location, near the coliseum was great and its a 5 minute walk to the subway, so we could be all over Rome easily. It was very hot in Rome, and the aC worked great!!!
The apartment has everything you need and the hosts are sooo helpful with all our questions and made great suggestions. My only suggestion is that the room above the master bedroom may need a carpet- the moving of chairs etc.. on the wood floors above us woke us early one morning, but otherwise it is very quiet and due to the aC we did not have street noise issues. Highly recommend to everyone with a family- it was great to feel like you were staying with friends! -

From the moment we made an initial enquiry for booking we knew this was the place for us, Marco and his amazing staff set high expectations but we never felt any doubt such was the level of thought put into their service.
On arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Isabella who simply made feel us like we were at home. From Resturant tips for all budgets, local essentials (like who but a local can find a supermarket in Rome) to the apartments facilities. Nothing was a problem and whilst that is a cliche too often used lightly, its the true represention of the Mok'house service.
Its not for everyone but then thats what sets it apart, they have chosen to cater to a specific clientelle and to do it extremely well.
They have succeeded and we will return.

We had 7 people in our group and we had a wonderful time at this apartment. It was air conditioned which is unusual to find and great for the early July heat! The set up was very nice and it was a short walking distance from the train station and other important sites and the subway. Communication with the owners was easy both in email and once checked in, especially since the office was right below us. They had great recommendations for restaurants and other things. Would have wished there was a little freezer is probably the only thing that wasn't perfect and if you are staying for a longer period than a few days, 7 people is a little tight in the place just because 3 people sleep in the living room area. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Everyone was so accommodating to anything we needed during our stay. Our service was excellent - there is nothing we could say that is negative. The staff was so knowledgeable about the area, where to go, and where not to go. The location is perfect to enjoy the city of Rome and the culture. So many places close by to go to and also in the middle of all the historical places you want to go to. The space accommodated 8 people very comfortably and very clean and met any need we had during our stay.
We would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone who was traveling to Rome.

Marco and his staff were simply outstanding during our stay at his property. I was apprehensive about traveling to Rome with my young daughter, but Marco facilitated our arrival most efficiently. He arranged for transfer from the airport, suggested excellent restaurants and markets, gave directions to meeting venues for our tours, and generally made us feel very welcome and safe. Our family of 5 enjoyed the space of the apartment and it was relatively quiet for a central location. I highly recommend this property.

the apt is at a fair price; we had a movie being made outside our windows,by a well known italian director, such a fun experience. close to coloseum, forum etc

The apartment is large; I stayed there with my two sisters and we had more than enough room. It was also close to the Colosseum and metro and the main station. We walked to almost everything. There is a great little restaurant down the street where we ate 3 times and had takeout once called Nipotino del Solitario. The owners of Mok' house were great about answering all our questions and we enjoyed speaking with them every time we saw them. The only thing that would have made our stay perfect would be if a clothes washer were in the apartment.

Loved the apartment. Loved the location. Loved Marco. Great restaurants next door. Loved the art, we stayed in the fiat room my teens were in the vespa room and our friends stayed in the coffeepot room. Everything was cute and clean and new. Modern bathrooms. Street was a bit loud, but that is about my only complaint. Get Marco to tell you where to find El Carbonaria. The best food we had in Roma.

I stayed here with my nephews 12 and 13 for four nights. It was a lovely apartment, absolutely clean and in a very quiet location. It is close to supermarkets and transportation and within walking distance to the Collisseum and Roman Forum. The service was great. Marco organised a shuttle from the airport for us and Jessie gave us a warm welcome and orientation when we arrived.

We travelled as a group of four and Mok'House and on arrival we found the apartment to be very clean, well equipped, and well located.The master bedroom contains a large double bed, bedside tables and a rather old and unreliable TV. The room has an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and bidet and plenty of hot water) and a large walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom, which is a reasonable size, was set up for our stayed with two single beds with rather hard mattresses, bed side tables and storage space for clothes. The kitchen, which is well equipped, is a good size with a table which can accommodate eight people. Somewhat ironically though, given the marketing, the only Moka you will find in the kitchen is a small electric one. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin and plentiful supply of hot water. The living room is spacious but what we wanted as a group of four after each long but highly enjoyable day spent exploring Rome's many wonderful streets, sites and restaurants was to come back to a comfortable living space where we could lounge around to chat over the day we'd just shared plan for the next. You can't do that in this room. The room is large so I'm bewildered by the lack of thought that's gone into making it a space in which a family or group of four or more can sit in comfort to enjoy each other's company and relax. The room is a shrine to the Moka display, shadow and poster but these are marketing tools which add absolutely nothing to creating a comfortable living space. It would take very little to make better use of this room- a sofa so you can sit face to face and not in a line as if in a doctors waiting room; comfortable seats; a TV so that you can practice your listening skills or connect your camera and look at all those photos you've taken? Finally we couldn't get a wi-fi connection despite clarifying password with andrea. I've used wi-fi in many places, including rental apartments, and it shouldn't be a problem.

We loved the apartment. Marco and staff were very helpful with great tips for restaurants and places to visit. The location was great, and the apartment very comfortable for the six people who stayed there. We felt like we lived in the neighborhood. The only downside - it was across the street from an Irish Pub, and out stay included St. Patrick's day!

When searching for a rental in Rome, this one stood out because of the many glowing reviews. I must say that we were not disappointed! From the quick responses to questions before and after booking to the seamless pick up from the airport to the warm welcome on arrival at Mok'house, throughout our stay, we were treated so hospitably by Marco, Andrea, and Silvia. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and nicely decorated. We shared the apartment with our friends and enjoyed the convenient location, within walking distance of so many sights, as well as the easy to use subway. We would return to Mok'house again in a heartbeat! Our first trip to Italy was wonderful, thanks to the great service from the friendly Mok'house staff.

The floor plan worked well for friends and family. Absolutely everything we needed was within walking distance- grocery, metro, dinner, sites.
Everything in the apartment worked very well. Heated towel racks in both bathrooms were great.
Wifi worked very well and we all had a device drawing from it. Six in total.
I have rented many places in Italy and it was a big bonus to have an office downstairs to help with a cab, or other phone calls to museums etc. Marco, Andrea and Silvia were greatly appreciated. -

We enjoyed good location to all sites. Apartment was very clean, bed very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equiped. Of course, we ate out mostly. Marco and andrea have a favorite restaurant just doors away from the apartment, Il Nipotino. We ate there 5 nights and our atay was only for 1 week--so you know the owners and the food kept us returning. Owners were so friendly! If and when we return to Rome, we will definitely stay at mokhouse again (and eat at the same restaurant again). We enjoyed our stay...so thank you Marco and andrea!!

The Moka Classic apartment is situated in one of the oldest and best neighborhoods in Rome. Literally 10 minutes, walking, from the Coliseum, the Forum, and the Palantine Hills.
Our host Marco and the Mok'House team were right there to greet us after our trip in from Milan. Marco walked us through the apartment, explained all of the workings of the apartment, provided several maps and also several recommendations to restaurants, gelato, and coffee shops close by.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, and very tastefully decorated. It was exactly as described in previous emails from Marco. The apartment is very roomy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything worked well, and there was even a welcome package for us in the kitchen.
The apartment has TV, and wireless internet. I was able to easily access the wireless network, and use my iPad to plan our excursions and check for nearby restaurants and sites to see.
Marco recommended several nearby markets, coffee shops, gelato shops, and other places of interest. His directions were always accurate and easy to follow.
I can't say enough about the location of the apartment. 5 minutes walk from the Train Station, 2 minutes walk from a couple of beautiful churches in old Rome. 10 minutes from the Forum and the Coliseum.
Each day we walked to various sites in Rome, and when we came back, we made a great dinner in our Moka Classic kitchen. Everyone was glad to be back 'home' so to speak after another good day in Rome.

I would highly recommend Mok'house. The hosts are welcoming and inviting. You absolutely feel like home there. The apartments are clean and have everything needed for a wonderful trip. I wanted to celebrate my 50th with family and friends and having decided on a week in Rome I spent hours agonising over various apartments, none of which quite suited our needs or were over budget. When I discovered Flipkey - which I will absolutely use again - and made contact with Marco and andrea, everything clicked into place. We were a group of 7, needing 4 separate bedrooms and shared catering facilities and Marco and andrea were able to come up with the ideal solution for us. Being a large group brought some complications and confusion but Marco was really understanding and helpful. These guys work really hard to make your stay a happy one.
The apartment was lovely and the 2 B&B; rooms on the top floor were cool too. We used the self-catering facilities quite a lot and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, apartment very clean, lovely and warm. I'd really recommend Mok House for groups of adults like ours - it worked really well for us.
The location is good too, within walking distance of all the sights (mind you, we all like walking), down a little side street, very handy for Termini and some nice restaurants in the area. I'd definitely go back there. -

Can't say more than what the other reviews stated: this apt. is perfect and the device you get is like being in a 4 star superior hotel. The guys made a great job and furthermore they assist you with everything: they printed our Voucher for the Vatican Museums after suggesting us to book online (great tip for everyone going there!), carried our luggage upstairs, booked a shuttle from and to the airport...Thank you!!! We had a great experience more than just a trip to Rome!

The apartment was really big and super clean, and yet cost less than a tiny hotel room. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with all the convenient appliances. The location was a ten minute walk to the Colosseum and Termini train station. It is also close to many good restaurants and we were given a list of suggested places to eat. Marco was always available to answer questions and assist with requests. My friend left her expensive camera at a nearby restaurant the night before we left. Marco somehow got it back the next day and then shipped it to London for her. Now that is service!
Thanks to Marco and the Moka House team for making our stay in Rome a wonderful time! We can't wait to come back and see you again! -

We arrived in Rome at the end of a 6 week trip and could not have been made more welcome. From the friendly taxi driver to being met outside the apartment by Marco and andrea, it made for such an easy checkin. Marco gave us lots of tips for sightseeing and the best places to eat and enjoy gelati. And the apartment was great, spacious with comfy beds and beautiful linen. Great location and lots of atmosphere. We even bought a moka coffee pot in Rome to take home with us!

We stayed as a family of 5 with children at the Moka Pop for 5 nights and then returned and stayed at the B&B; for 1 last night prior to returning home. The property itself is very clean, spacious, very comfortable and has all the amenities of home. Having Marco available to answer your questions and give advice about the best Rome has to offer is priceless! Within walking distance to most of the historical sites. Nearby access to Termini Train and Bus station yet away from all the crowds. Bakery across the street, restaurants and grocery store nearby.

We stayed for a week with our three kids (11, 15 and 18) and pretended we were Italians living in Rome for the week. Opening the shutters in the morning, buying breakfast at the bakery and food at the spa, accordion serenade in the evening - perfect! The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the location central to what we wanted to see. We booked a guide, Simona, for two afternoons, and learned so much from her. When we return to Rome, we will gladly stay at Mok'House again.

We stayed at Mok'House for 3 nights, as a part of a larger vacation in Italy. Marco and andrea (owners) couldn't have been better hosts. Check in was simple, they even gave us a little map orientation of the area complete with restaurant recommendations, etc. The apartment was big, really cute and comfortable (inc. A/C in the 2 bedrooms). Also, as a base for seeing Rome, the location was top notch, in the oldest neighborhood in the city, but also away from the noisier touristy areas. We really felt like we we living in a Roman neighborhood. Also, the Metro (subway) was only a few blocks away. They also offer to coordinate bike rentals, Vespas, sightseeing, etc. -- we didn't need any of this but it's a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the trattoria right across the street was fantastic!

This was a perfect choice for a Rome vacation, made even better by the excellent assistance of Marco and andrea, who looked after all our needs, and more. The new apartment, Moka'Pop was delightfully roomy, light filled, fully equipped. The decor was imaginative and colorful, included special touches in each room. Marco seemed always to be available for consulting on how best to get where we wanted to go or the perfect place to eat, even making dinner reservations for us. It was like having our own home with our private concierge always ready to help. I'd definitely come back here!

We had an amazing stay at Mok"House. My family (2 children aged 8 and 10) were welcomed by the owner with great advice of where to eat (very important in Rome... go to where Marco tells you to eat!). The location was perfect, walkable to most things or close to subway and close to train. Place was larger than expected and was even better than we imagined. Thank you for a safe haven in a chaotic but fabulous city!

Cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was to deal with Marcos and andrea. The apartment more than met our expectations. Great location, clean, and a pleasure to stay there. I loved this apartment! It was a new neighborhood in Rome for me-one that I hadn't stayed in before-and although it was a ways away from the center, I found a whole new world. The apartment was great. It was clean, stocked with kitchen supplies and full of local art. And Marco and andrea were awesome!

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for four nights in april 2011. Upon our arrival, Marco showed us how things worked in the apartment and gave us several restaurant recommendations. His recommendations were excellent, and included the best meal (at La Carbonara) we had on our 19 day Italy trip even though the price was extremely reasonable. The other restaurant just down the street was also very good, and we ate there twice.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Marco was very friendly and a host committed to providing great service to ensure his guests have a wonderful Roman holiday. -

It was our first time in Rome and the Mok House apartment was fantastic! It was large and comfortable, and fit with a Moka coffee maker that made the perfect espresso every morning! Check in was very easy, and Marco welcomed us despite us arriving so early in the morning and most likely waking him up! Thank you Marco for a wonderful stay in Rome! We will definitely come back and stay in the Mok apartment again!

We've stayed 4 nights at Mok'house. I found this apartment from Tripadvisor which has many good comments. I can already felt nice they are when I made reservation. When we arrived at the apartment, we were warmly welcomed by Macro & Andrea. They were very nice to show the apartment to us, each room, every parts & utenils in the kitchen. They even provided free coffee and showed us how to make the coffee. Macro even showed us a map of Rome and introduce the neighborhood and the places & local restaurants he loves to go. Although this is my 3rd time to Rome, I would definitely say that his recommendation did make my trip more special. I had went to a nice neighborhood that tourists may not go. I tried many local restaurants with excellent food which tourists may not know. Even Gelato (Italian ice-cream) & pizza, I had tried "the best" in Rome!! One night, we were thinking which bar to go after early dinner, Macro also recommended us to a "secret" place for drink and there was a live band show. We really had a great time in Rome this time. Honestly, I love all the recommendations from him. Grazie, Marco!!

We just returned home from a 2.5 week trip to Europe where we visited Paris, Rome and Lucca. Rome and the Moka House was the best part of our trip. We stayed in the new Mok Pop art apartment. It was immaculate, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 4. The location couldn't have been better and we didn't need a cab or train our entire stay. We walked everywhere. Andrea and Marco were great hosts, and we recommend visiting the restaurant run by Ricardo (forgetting the name of the restaurant) and the Irish pub across the street.

Marco, thank you so much for such a wonderful stay in Roma! We loved the MokaPop apt. so much. It is beautifully renovated, extremely comfortable and provided every amenity needed. We felt like we were staying in a modern boutique hotel at half the price! For guests looking to rent this apartment: the parking was not hard to find with a rental car and not nearly as expensive as other areas in Italy. There is a lovely lil Bar(Caffe) just down the alley, plenty of delicious restaurants by Marco's suggestion, and you can easily see the city of Roma by foot/public transportation from this apartment. We highly recommend this place and are crossing our fingers that we will get to stay here again someday! Thanks again Marco!

We love Rome and visit as often as we can to absorb its rich culture, history and enjoy the locals. Of course, living facilities plays a great part in the total experience while one travels.
By far the best place I've ever stayed while visiting in Rome is at the Mok House! Wow! Owners Marco and andrea welcomed us with a nice, warm hug. We went into the apartment, got a tour of the place ( 3 bedroom/3 baths) and went over our surroundings with a map--such great service!
The place was immaculate. Not only did each bedroom have a bathroom, but each bathroom had bidet. While we had a couple of rainy days, they provided us umbrellas. Service was top notch. Location was great and central. We found that we could walk almost anywhere, but if we were tired... the metro was just a few minutes away.
Please don't waste time looking. This is the place you want!

Booked this wonderful flat for my paretns and this is what they wrote:
"Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Rome, 5 minutes walk from Coleseum, conveniently situated with a big supermarket nearby and a park with ancient remains of Neron's palace.
The apartment is inside an 18th century building on a cozy little street, newly furnished and equipped, clean and has good heating (which was important for february).
The owner is very nice and helpful and was looking after us with advice etc as if we were relatives.) When we are back in Rome - definitely will stay there again! -

We were two couples traveling together and required a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Mok'house fit all our needs. It was very clean and comfortable, however it was the service that really impressed us. Marcos and andreas were very helpful in all respects. They sat with us when we first arrived and outlined on a map all the places of interest and good restaurants. We requested a 2nd tv and received it promptly. They were on hand at most times to answer any questions we had and to give directions. Our daughter lives inear Munich with her husband and two daughters. They plan on traveling to Rome in the future and I highly recommended this apartment to them. You really get the feel of how the locals live. There is a bakery right across the street and a wonderful restaurant just a few doors down. Thanks to Marcos and andreas for making our stay in Rome a memorable one.

I have been lucky to travel all over the world...and very few places rank right up at the top...Mok'house, however, is right up there. The quality of the staff support and help--Marco, Silvia and andrea--was nothing less than outstanding. Truly.
The bed was also very comfortable!
As someone who speaks Italian and knows Rome, their help made what is still a big city even more comfortable. I can only imagine what their support must be like for first time visitors---these are awesome people to help you get the best out of the Eternal City.

My friends and I stayed at Mok House (in the Mok apartment) for two weeks during the Christmas holidays this year. While we'd each been to Italy before this trip, none of us had ever been able to take time to experience the relaxed Roman lifestyle (When in Rome, as they say)! My friend booked the apartment for us online(the multitude of good reviews on Trip advisor were very reassuring, although having booked it sight unseen, we simply hoped for the best). The five-star customer service began well in advance of our arrival, and didn't stop there. Marco and andrea personally greeted us at the door, carried our luggage and then gave us a tour of the apartment as soon as we'd arrived. This included a relaxed sit-down at the kitchen table wherein they explained and marked on a walking map for us where we "lived," their favorite restaurants, bars and gelaterias, markets, bakeries, shopping, etc. They even gave us information on a laundromat in the area!
The apartment was fabulous: clean, spacious, and well-appointed-recently remodeled and very well maintained. While there was no oven, the gas range, microwave & Moka coffee pot were all we needed, and we saved lots of money by alternating cooking with going out to eat. Throughout our stay, Marco and andrea assisted us with finding the best spa in town, its menu of services - and then booking us massage appointments there, making dinner reservations, offering excellent suggestions as to tourist destinations (ie, book tickets for Vatican on the official Vatican website...you won't wait in the insanely long lines, for example), how to use the metro, etc. On top of all this, they went above and beyond for the holidays, giving us gifts! Christmas Eve they left us special Italian bakery treats to enjoy Christmas morning; New Years' they went so far as to leave us great bottle of champagne! A magical start to the new year. My wife & I shared the apartment with friends we were traveling with. Marco arranged transport from/to airport. Mok House is in a neat residential/ business area near the church Santa Maria Magorie. Great location, very comfortable accomodation, near subway. Marco and staff were exceedingly helpful. Want to get the feel of Rome at a very reasonable price. try MokHouse.

My husband and I and our good friends arrived in Rome - not speaking any Italian - but already expecting a warm welcome from Marco as he had been unbelievably responsive via email when making our reservations. From day 1 he far exceeded our expectations. This is a wonderful place to stay. The only drawback was the construction going on - and that did not bother us at all. Once this renovation is complete this will be the ''perfect'' place to stay in Rome. Warm, friendly, comfortable and centrally located.,. what more could a person want?

Just got back from a trip to Europe with my husband and 2 friends. We all wanted to be able to stay in the same place and the Mok'Apartment proved to be perfect for this. With 2 beds and 2 bathrooms along with a full kitchen, we made ourselves at home for 3 days.
Marco and andrea are great hosts! Greeted us upon arrival with map and spent over an hour with us showing us the best places to go, eat and of course drink.
Perfect location if you want to be in walking distance to all the major sites but not directly in the thick of all the action. Around the corner from Termini station if you plan to arrive by bus or train. (this was very convenient for us since we came to & from the airport by train).
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to stay! Enjoy!

This was actually my second stay at the mokapartment (my husband, his mother, sister, and I spent three nights there in March 2009), and when it came to planning this next trip to Rome with my own parents, I knew I wanted to reserve it again. This was my parents' first visit to Italy, so I wanted it be special and for our accommodations to be safe, clean, enjoyable, and in a great location. The mokapartment checks off everything on this list.
Major sites like the Colosseum and Forum were within easy walking distance. My parents especially loved the authenticity of the location--rather than feeling isolated in a big hotel, the apartment is right in the aesthetic of quaint Italian streets filled with trattorias and shops. My dad spent a leisurely morning simply gazing out the window at the shutters, rooftops, and soft colors of the surrounding buildings as well as the vibrant bustle in the streets. The neighborhood has all the conveniences, so we never had to stray far for anything.
The apartment itself is well-decorated and appointed, and a sizable space offering beyond-enough room for us. Honestly, even next to the wondrous sites to behold in Rome, it was a comparable treat just getting to prepare our own coffee and snacks in the kitchen, relax, and enjoy the space--it added the feeling of a home-away-from-home that put us at ease, and we commented time and again on how clean everything was maintained.
As for service, it just doesn't get better than Marco! The reservation, check-in and check-out process was seamless, and he was always readily on hand--for instance, I'd lost an earring on the property and received an immediate response from Marco that (*phew*) it had been found. The responsiveness and sincere kindness that Marco and his staff embody makes for inviting, individualized attention that lets you feel very well taken care of, so my husband and I don't question that we'll return to mokapartment again as our "second home" in Rome!
