Owings, MDExcellent location, but noisy
Left on 07/16/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The apartment is clean and situated perfectly near Spanish Steps. Could use a little maintenance, like replacing dirty coffee mugs, cracked toilet seat and flimsy shower curtain. Beds were comfy but common area does not have insulated, double-paned windows as main bedroom does. This means you can hear all the street noise and our kids had a hard time sleeping. Had to move the mattress into our room which worked ok, but wish we would have known. Apt. comes equipped with a/C and wifi.

PhilippinesPerfect choice
Left on 05/31/2012 for a stay in February 2012
We rented the unit in Spagna and my friends and i loved the place. It was clean, well-appointed and included everything we needed. It has airconditioning, comfortable beds, TV and a kitchen---plus points if you are self-catering. The apartment is ideally situated near the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso (the famous shopping street) and a lot of great restaurants.Wi-fi is also available, free of charge. Very accommodating staff, too. If you are after a nice, well-maintained, good-value-for-money place to stay, then Le Residenze Romane is the perfect choice for you.

Austin, TXApartment in excellent location and great services
Left on 05/26/2012 for a stay in May 2012
This apartment was in a perfect location for our trip to Rome. It was right by the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain, and we were able to walk to almost all other sites such as the Parthenon and Borghese. It also is right by the Spagna subway station to catch the subway to the Vatican or the main train station.
The rooms were perfect for a family or group of 4 to 6 people, and we got great value for the price we paid. The service we received was fantastic. Fabio coordinated transportation from the airport for us, and he was very flexible to our needs. -

Left on 05/11/2012 for a stay in September 2011
We stayed for six nights in September 2011, the first night in the one bedroom apartment and the other five nights in the two bedroom apartment when a couple of friends joined us.
Both apartments were nicely presented and well maintained. The location is excellent and easy walking distance to all the major tourist sites.
The one bedroom apartment was great in every aspect and we highly recommend it.
The two bedroom apartment was noisier. The main downside of this apartment was the shower/bath which was dangerous in our opinion because the bath was quite small and narrow, with a 'well' in the floor of the bath. There was not quite enough space to stand easily on the raised section and the sunken 'well' section was too small to stand in, but easily big enough to make you fall if you were not constantly cautious.
Apart from this they were excellent apartments, fantastic location and excellent service.
We would certainly consider staying in the one bedroom apartment again if we return to Rome.
If you stay here we have one extra bit of advice - avoid the gelato shop opposite the apartment!! Their prices are ridiculously expensive and you can do much better at virtually any other gelato shop in Rome. -

Melbourne, AustraliaAbsolutely Perfect!
Left on 08/18/2011 for a stay in June 2011
My family stayed here for three wonderful nights. We were one adult and three young adults. The apartment more than met our highest expectations. It's a great space with quiet corners for contemplation. And of course being able to use the kitchen for a relaxed breakfast and coffee was a bonus. The apartment was absolutely spotless, quiet and comfortable, and within spitting distance to everything you'll need in Rome. What can I say about Fabio except he was the most excellent helpful host. He is proud of his city and always ready to take a phone question or guide his guests through the cultural quirks of Rome. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise in Rome.

I've found this apartment in internet.
The location is great, just next to the Spanish Step and on walking distance to the Trevi Fountain.
It is very clean and cosy.
The owner is very nice and gave us a lot of tips about Rome.
I recomend it to couples. -

milana friendly family flat in a perfect location
Left on 11/03/2010 for a stay in October 2010
my husband and me were a little concerned to travel with 2 small kids and a baby, but this flat was our saver! So in the heart of everything that I could go back just for the baby afternoon nap and reach again my husband and the other two little ones while they were doing some shopping or visiting some churches. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare the meals and save us both money and stress. If u have kids u know what a nightmare can be eating in a restaurant with tired children. In the evening we could have a quite meal while our 3 were sleeping just next door. I'm sure we will be back soon. We still have so much to visit...Rome is so full of wonderful surprise.

MilanThe apartment location is a great place to sightseeing
Left on 10/30/2010 for a stay in October 2010
We went to Rome with our 7 year old son and we all felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything from the bathrooms to the a/C was new!,. The bed was comfortable (one queen size bed and not two small beds pushed together!!!)
The kitchenette was great for coffee in the morning and I even cooked pasta- well equipped kitchen. Very clean with two nice large windows that allow the sun in.
The apartment location is a great place to sightseeing. Right up the street from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and many other landmarkes. When going to Rome location is very important and this unit is located very centrally. The accommodations looked exactly like the photos on line. We loved coming "home" to our own place after a vigorous day of being out and about in Rome.
