The apartment offered everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect, it is very quiet and plenty of greenery. Very close to downtown. The owners (Gianluca and his mother) were very helpful and respond promptly to all my questions. I hope to rent this apartment another time.

tout s'est bien passé l'appartement correspondait point par point à la description, cadre charmant, confortable, monsieur Belli et sa maman sont des gents charmants et accueillants, le seul bémol de la description est de donner le temps pour rejoindre le centre ville et bien de 10 mn mais en bus pas à pieds (1 H 30)

I was extremely surprised by the quality of this rental as it was relatively cheap. Gianluca was there to meet us at the flat and even arranged us to be picked up at the airport (although after finding are way about it was much cheaper to get the terra transfer and taxi). The apartment isn't huge but was more than adequate for us (4 people). 6 people could could easily stay here at a squeeze but with Rome being some beautiful we did not spend a lot of time there! There was only 1 downfall and that was a lack of hot water in the morning, although we do recognise that four 20-something women will use much more water than normal. Buses to the centre of Rome come frequently and the vatican is about 5-10min journey away (buses going right as you come out of the apartments). There is a local supermarket about a 5 min walk away (again to the right) and plently of stuff in the kitchen to cool with. On the whole this apartment was excellent and I would highly recommend it to friends going to Rome. Biggest highlight was dinner and wine on the balcony at night were

Nice apartment, even had closets!!! Very close to downtown as the bus line 98 ran straight to the Vatican. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the owners were very nice and understanding. Would definately recommend this apartment

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The location was perfect for all of our needs. This property is in a gated community with plenty of parking. We did not have to worry about living our car there for the entire length of our stay. Even though it is located close to a busy Rome access road, the apartment is situated in off the road surrounded by greenery so it is very quiet. The bus stop is at a very short walk and could get to the Vatican in about 10-15 minutes. We decided to walk to Saint Peter Basilica and the Vatican Museums once, it took us about 30 minutes. We had to take two buses to get to the Colosseum area, but only had to pay for one bus ticket (1 Euro) since tickets are good for 75 minutes. Gianluca and his mother are very helpful and friendly people. Gianluca responded to all my questions in a timely manner. This will be our top choice on return trips to Rome!

Je suis très content de l appartement.
Très propre, balcon sympa, tout marchait très bien.
Seul bémol la taille du cumulus, On était 4 adultes et 3 enfants pour prendre la douche, donc fallait attendre pour qu il réchauffe l eau. Mais pas de souci si 4 personnes.
La mère du proprio et lui même , incroyablement gentils ! toujours prêts a donner un cou de main.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable for us (4 persons) with a good facility to parking, near many routes to easy access any where at Rome.
We welcomed by the owner´s mom, she was very friendly, gently and helpfully to us.
I hope to rent this apartment another time.

The apartment offered everything we needed for our family of 5. There was enough room for all of us to relax and unwind after our daily adventures in Rome. The reassurance of a gated community was wonderful. I was able to leave my vehicle in the parking lot with no fear of it being tampered with. The apartment is in a great location. It was far enough away from the busy streets but close enough to get there by bus in a matter of minutes. The nearest bus stop (that takes you right to the heart of Rome) was only about 100 meters from the apartment drive way. Gianluca and his mother where very nice and responded promptly to any and all questions I had prior to and during our stay. They were very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating to our needs.

The apartment looked exactly as it did on the website, no camera tricks, which was a pleasant surprise. The landlord and his mum were wonderfully friendly, helpful and checked throughout our stay that everything was going well. Although close to a busy Rome access road, the apt was situated in off the road surrounded by greenery so it felt as if we were almost in the countryside. And it feels like a home, not an anonymous holiday accommodation. We tried to book again for the following week but it was unavailable so book well in advance. A lovely first experience of Rome.

We had our stay in September. Apartment location is great, with parking space always available. Clean air and almost no noise is perfect for breakfasts and dinners in balcony. Pool was not working during our stay, so please check that beforehand if it's important for you.
Furnishing is OK, what could be improved is kitchen (there was no freezer and no teakettle for water boiling).
Bus stop is short walk away, very convenient to explore the city. Owner was very attentive, offering help if needed. We were allowed flexible checkout for no additional cost (our departing plane was very early morning).
For our needs, this rental was perfect. -

We were very happy to stay in this flat in Roma.
The residence is very quiet and secure (if you have a car, it is very important to have a parcking in Roma). The stop to take the bus is near (we advice to buy a several days transport ticket).There is a supermarket at 5 min (with a car) where you will find anything you need.
The flat was clean and in good state. It was very peacefull to take the breakfast or the dinner on the terrace and hear only birds (it was in august!). The only place that need to improve is the kitchen (the coocking plate are old and a microwave oven will be wellcome).
Elsewhere of this, I recommand this flat for a family with one children or a young couple.
The relation with the owner (Mr belly Gianluca or his mother) always was very good and friendly.

I stayed there with friend for 4 days in June. We went by taxi from the train station.the taxi driver didnt find the street first, but then the gps helped us :) The owner was very nice and helpful. From the apartment you can go in the city center by bus (ca 15-20 min)
There is a pool in the garden. Unfortunately it wasnt open during our stay, but maybe next imee.. -

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, which was cosy andan, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the surroundings. I could easily go around by bus and also reach tube station in less than 10 mins. Also, I would especially like to praise the courtesy of the apartment managers, who have always been extremely available and kind.
