Viajamos mi marido y yo con mis hijos de 9 y 11 años, el departamento fue justo lo describen, pero la atención recibida esos dÃas, las sugerencias de lugares cercanos deeeliciosos para comer (además de muy buenos precios) y la bienvenida (nuestro vuelo se retraso muchÃsimo) con lo que cualquier familia agradecerÃa: café, agua, pan, mermelada, en buena cantidad, lo apreciamos muchÃsimo, esta muy bien ubicado y definitivamente ha sido la mejor elección de las veces que hemos estado en Roma.

We had an opportunity to spend 5 weeks in July/August 2011 in Rome. We are a family of 5 (3 small kids) from USa. This place was just a little tight for us, but everything else was awesome.
The location is great - 5 minute walk from metro station, 10 min walk to Vatican museum, 20 min walk to St. Pietro. You are close to everything yet tucked away from tourist traps. There are 6 or 7 local neighborhood restaurants right at your door steps that are top notch. Bella Napoli was our favorite. There is a supermarket close by and also the Trionfale - the biggest indoor market in Rome is 5min walk.
Francesca is a great host, always helpful, - check in and out was a pleasure.

For my husband and me, this was the perfect apartment. We were never able to get any of our credit cards to function on paypal but the owners helped us to establish another way to pay. They were patient and helpful from our first contact to their welcome at the apartment itself. The apartment was in a quiet and beautiful area of Rome and one we have always liked. It is close to all transportation and about 10 minutes from St. Peters. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't in the apartment. The fact that there was air conditioning was a big plus as we used it quite often. Overall, I would be happy to recommend this comfortable home.

In June we spent 5 very pleasant days in this apartment. The apartment is close to the Vatican (around 10 to 15 minutes walking) in a quiet neighbourhood. The underground is nearby as well as lots of good restaurants, (coffee) bars, mini supermarkets, etc. Francesca and her partner Simone are very friendly and very willing to give you good advice about where to eat, where to buy food, where to get the best ice-creams of Rome, how to get to the best locations in and outside Rome (Simone works with the railway) and where to rent a scooter.
The apartment is nice, cosy and clean and we felt at home. It is located at the second floor of a 8 stores high building. Although it was summer and hot, with the fan on and the window open at night we were comfortable in the sleepingroom. There are also portable airconditioners which we only used in the evening.
We had a very pleasant stay at this good location for a fair price. What else do you need? -

The apartment itself is charming, comfortable, clean and just renovated. The owners are very helpful and nice. My one negative is that the dining room is little, anyway a perfect balance of inexpensive stay together with reasonable comfort-separate bedrooms. Very good location for sightseeing. Overall we were thrilled with the apartment and I would recommend it to everyone
