This apartment was everything that the site promised..and more. It was super clean and the location was so convenient. Our apartment manager was extremely helpful as well and answered all of our questions regarding the apartment and touring Rome!

I had booked three apartments near the Trevi area for my family and my partners family as my wedding was taking place in Rome. I had booked and paid a deposit for this apartment to accommodate my partner's family. Literally in the days before our flights to Rome "Holiday apartment Rome" cancelled my booking, giving me a very poor excuse. I was so disappointed and stressed. The agency did forward me a list of other rental agencies with potential apartments, however alot of these were unavailable. As it was so late I ended up having to book a hotel which was very expensive. On the basis that this agency was so unprofessional in how they handled this matter, I would definitely not recommend this apartment.

I've even sent you 14 different option for your stay with similar price and location, more than this was not possible from me 10 days before your arrival.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights with two families, 4 adults and three kids age 1, 5 and 8. The owner arranged a taxi for us to meet at the airport. The owner was very helpful, informative and on time. The apartment is as it looks in the picutres, clean, modern and comfortable. There are some stairs up to the apartment but they are easy to navigate. The drain in the shower was slow and we could not figure out how to turn heat on at first but overall it was a great place to stay. The location is amazing. Very close to Trevi fountain and in the heart of Rome. We stayed in april and did not have windows open so we did not have any noise. I would imagine if you did have the windows open you would hear a bit of noise but it would not be bad I don't think. The restaurant right by the apartment (can't remember the name) is not worth a visit.
