Three of us stayed at this clean and comfortable, quiet, perfectly located apartment right in the Heart of old Rome. All the major sites were an easy walk away as were a number of great restaurants. The owner too was very obliging and i will surely recommend to all my friends traveling to Rome to stay here.

Singapore, SingaporeFantastic apartment, awesome location and brilliant value for mo

This apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need! It was equipped with everything necessary for cooking including cutlery, crockery, pans, serving dishes and even stove top coffee makers. The two Tv's was an extra treat, finding the place was easy and the location was amazing. As an added treat, just downstairs to the right of the apartment was a small local restaurant with delicious food which offered a small discount for anyone staying in this apartment.
If I go back to Rome, I will stay here again. The apartment is compact, but if you are traveling on your own, are a couple, or even a couple with a child, I would definitely recommend this place. I have a child and I would definitely stay here with my family.
Having your own apartment in Rome adds an extra cultural element to your holiday. To hear the beautiful music played from the musicians in the piazza from my apartment was magical. It's the kind of atmosphere that is difficult to recreate in a hotel. Plus, a hotel is twice the price. When you stay in an apartment, it feels like you are living there, even if it's just for a few days.
Oh, and it had free WiFi! -

This apartment is in a great location for tourism sites, dining, and shopping - in a very quaint neighborhood, it was easy to find the "touristy" sites as well as local vendors. We were able to walk to many sites or could catch a bus within a 5 minute walk. We could buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats for cooking meals and snacks.

Apartments are quite small but location is excellent. The most popular touristic places we could reach going on foot.
Apartments are clean, there are 2 bathrooms, as very comfortably for us. -

Perfect location - perfect vacation
Left on 11/19/2012 for a stay in November 2012
Traveled with 2 children (<1 and 9 y.o.). Apartment was perfect size for the four of us, but would be not so comfortable for 4 adults. Location was really perfect - small, lovely street, close from everything. Apartment is equipped with everything necessary for living and cooking. Downstairs there is a very nice Italian restaurant, with good food and service. But ... there was no place for kids trolley in the apartment.

Leça da PalmeiraRome long weekend
Left on 07/19/2011 for a stay in March 2011
All in all the apartment is not spacious but it fits the needs of the traveller. The hall/kitchen allowed us to have our breakfast at home and some dinners. The location made it easy to go through the city centre without using public transports. Also, the fact it has two (small) bathrooms with shower is perfect for the mornings preps. All in all, it fit perfectly to our weekend needs, even as a warm place to get back to during a rainy day :)
Families with baby cars or wheel chairs will find it dificult to use the escalator, as this flat is located in a very old building in the heart of Rome and thus has a very narrow staircase with an almost-1-person-elevator. -

Sofiaideal for tourism and sightseeing
Left on 07/18/2011 for a stay in May 2011
Not very big, but enough to host even 4 adults, if your idea is to be most of the time sightseeing. It was clean and tidy, the only problem was with the shower. It's a good idea to change it. It's perfect for people that are interested more in good location and easy access to all the monuments and many restaurants, than to have some luxurious accomodation.

This apt is in a wonderful location for exploring Rome. It was a quiet retreat, great for two adults. It would have been quite crowded with four. The shower door of the main bathroom was broken which was an inconvenience. The lady who checked us in spoke no English and we spoke no Italian so the questions we would have liked to ask, went unanswered. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would stay here again.
