Cork, IrelandJust perfect!
Left on 07/23/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Great place, great location. The owner - very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Small attic apartment with everything you might need and a huge terrace with a view to die for - think Santa Maria di Maggiore at sunset. Great experience altogether. All major attractions within a walking distance but quieter than Centro Storico. We slept with windows open and the traffic didn't bother us at all. Monti has a nice quirky/homy atmosphere and loads of beautiful restaurants and cafes which do not cater for tourists only. Just step of the beaten tracks and dive into the maze of small streets. There is a food market nearby ( Merkato Piazza Vittorio) every morning (except Sunday) where you can get fresh produce if you prefer to do the cooking yourself.
We did enjoy our stay so much that we are hoping to come back. Thank you very much Oriana! -

chicagoGreat place in Rome
Left on 05/31/2012 for a stay in April 2012
I had a great time in Rome in this little attic apartment. It had everything you would need, a working kitchen well equipped, a nice large bathroom, a very comfortable bed room and a cozy living room. It is located about 5 to ten minutes from the Colosseum and major archeological sites, the street on which its located has many restaurants that are fairly good in taste, but as most restaurants in Rome, a little pricy. However, this is a small apartment ideal for 2-3 people not really more, and its on the 6th floor of the building with no elevator, so if you cant handle 158 steps (aprox)it might not be the best place for you. other than that Its a great place, nice and clean, great location, well equipped and Stefania was very welcoming and nice to us, she did not hesitate to assist whenever I had a question.
