Cosy two bedroom two bathroom apartment for rent in Rome, completely renovated in August 2011 and located on the first floor of a building dating back to the ‘50es (with elevator) in San Lorenzo neighbourhood, close to Termini railway station and to Piazza San Giovanni.

This 70 sq.mt apartment, fitted with parquet flooring and air conditioning, is the result of two separate apartments joined together, each of them with its own independent entrance: on one side the apartment opens up onto a small foyer leading directly to theday area, which includes adouble sofa bed, a TV corner, a dining table for 4 people and a fully equippedkitchen... corner.

The sleeping area includes abedroomwith adouble bedand a spaciousbathroomwith shower stall.

Additional Location Information

The neighbourhood of San Lorenzo is a very lively area in Rome, representing the ideal gathering point for young people. Various restaurants, pizzerias and wine bars are located in the vicinity, as well as San Giovanni Basilica and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, two of the four Papal Basilicas in Rome. Via Cavour, the Coliseum and the historical center can be reached by bus in 15 minutes.
Various bus lines directed to the most important points of interest of the city stop in Via Tiburtina. The closest metro stop is Terminu (lines A and B).
The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, accessible from 9 p.m to 3 a.m. from Wednesday to Saturday between April and November and from Friday to Saturday between November and April.
Meter parking slots available along the street.

  A very clean, well furnished apartment in a great location.Near to little markets, cafes, trattorias.Four adults stayed here easily.Lots of night life nearby too.Seemed especially well suited for the under 40 age group.The only possible drawback was it was noisy at night from all the local clubs.This apartment is one floor above a club with live music.Surprisingly, this didn't really bother me.I slept just fine.The air conditioning was excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were super great with plenty of hot water.I would love to stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit Rome again.

  For us this was a perfect place, away from the tourist in central Rome.
  Many places to go out at night. Only Problem I had is the bad documentation of the apartment. Poor English was also abit frustrating. As well as lack of documentation on different damages around in the apartment, and veeery much dust! We cleaned the place 2 times by ourselves, because of so much dust in corners and under the beds.
