If you want to stay like a real Roman, prefer this apartment.
The apartment (65m2) has a living with a large sofà (very comfortable) and one armchair, a large master bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwater , washing machine and a large fridge)

Cet appartement est très mignon, très bien refait et parfaitement équipé.
Très bien desservi par les bus et le métro en journée, à 10 minutes à pied de Termini.
L'immeuble est calme, la chambre et le lit sont grands, c'est très agréable quand on rentre après une journée de visites dans le bruit et le tumulte de la ville.
Equipé avec lave vaisselle et lave linge, du coup on n'a pas besoin d'emporter beaucoup de bagages !
Un seul défaut : il est quand même un peu loin du centre historique, et le soir il est difficile de retourner en ville profiter des animations et des restaurants. -

This recently remodeled apartment has a kitchen, balcony, living room with dining table, TV (only 1 English channel), and couch, bedroom with a good king size bed, and bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. It is cute and easy to live in. There is also wireless internet service. The location is among other Rome apartment so we felt we lived like the Romans live. Good restarants are within 1 minute walking distance and a super market is less than 5 mintues walk. If you like gelato, there must be a dozen within 6 or 7 minutes. You could not ask for a better location. One Taxi stop is less than a 5 minute walk and another is about 6 minutes. Perfect but if you have problems with stairs then this may not be for you. It is on the 4th floor and in Rome they start with floor 0. The staircases is winding and getting the luggage up to the 4th floor could be difficult. Other than the circular staircase, we found it perfect for our 5 night stay.

Pequeño departamento perfectamente equipado ideal para una pareja joven (segundo piso sin ascensor). La ubicación es excelente, llena de vida durante el día y también en las noches sin llegar a ser muy ruidosa, muchos bares y restaurantes típicos romanos. No es peligroso en absoluto. Se puede llegar caminando a casi todas las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Ampliamente recomendable... sin lugar a dudas, en el próximo viaje a Roma nos alojaremos aquí.

My husband and I stayed here a week to see Rome and it was a wonderful location and base for seeing the city. We were able to walk everywhere except our outing to the Via appia. Maria and Orestina were very responsive. We requested extra pillows and the pillows were there when we returned on our second day (the same day we had requested them). The little area off Piazza Navona was wonderful. Lots of great places to eat and drink in the area. Circus, Etabli, and Bar Del Fico were great to have right nearby.
When we arrived, they had stocked the apartment with basic necessities to get us going, which was very kind. The apartment was wonderful--small but certainly not cramped. The bedroom was separate and the living room was lovely with an area to really relax. The wifi was a very useful touch. The apartment is up two flights (short flights). The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked in several times (nothing fancy, but it was nice to make snacks in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing.
The only criticisms: Having the washer was fabulous, but it was a little difficult to figure out where the dials should be put and what all the little symbols meant. The shower is small, but the bathroom is otherwise well appointed. It might be good to leave some instructions on how to take out the garbage. There was some kind of color coding(for food waste, plastics, glass, paper) that we did not know or understand so I fear we may have messed that up a bit.
Overall a perfect place to stay and see Rome. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have been to Rome multiple times and this apartment was one of the best choices we have ever made. We stayed in march 2012 . The kitchen/bath are perfectly outfitted , the bed and linens are comfortable. A very personal ambience in the unusual and pleasing decor.
There are beautiful shops to browse in the area, plus a supermarket pretty much right around the corner. You can walking to the major archaeological sites (colosseum), the Vatican or the most important places of ancient rome (PiazzaNavona , Panheon...)
The check-in was efficient, on-time for airport transport, and when we needed help in a pinch, they solved our problems within a couple of minutes.
My only regret is that we spent so little time at the apartment. I was literally choked up to leave and am already planning an opportunity to return with my girlfriends. -

The apartment is in the citycentre, the owner sent us a car at the airport to take us home and we arrived very fast. The location is beautiful, just behind Piazza Navona, one of the most awesome squares in Rome. We found the flat totally clean, in the kitchen you can find whatever you want for cooking (the market is 3minutes far from our place), and there were several towels in the bathroom. Free wifi let us the chance to find out places around our apartment like Chiostro del Bramante or the Bar dela pace in front of it. I totally recommand it!!

...in this fantastic location in the center of Rome, in a very quiet street, leaving all the noise of rome outside! took advantage of the services offered by the owner. You can walk nearly every where. It's very beautiful, comfortable, clean and fully equipped...will return!

beautiful apartment, well located, near to the main monuments. The check in was great and the house comfortable and clean. It's a bit little, but great for couples. I really recommend it
