Additional Location Information
You are in the heart of the Roman Baroque, but not only: around each corner you find many traces of the ancient Rome.
The apartment is located in Piazza San Paolo alla Regola and overlooks the church that was built in the 17th century in honor of St. Paul the Apostle.
Within 3 minutes you can walk to Piazza Farnese and to the famous Campo de Fiori, where since 1869 there has been a flower and fruit market every morning. You keep walking through small streets soaked of history and soon arrive to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
From this strategic area, you can easily walk to other extraordinary places such as Castel Sant'Angelo, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, St. Peter's Basilica, the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums... or, simply cross Sisto Bridge to explore the secrets of Trastevere and get a taste of real Roman life.
The whole area is safe and wonderful to walk around, full of grocery stores, shopping opportunities, restaurants, lovely wine bars and characteristic taverns.

Western AustraliaComfortable family holiday in Rome.
Left on 01/28/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We recently stayed in Campo di Fiori in Rome.
It was perfect for our family. Well priced, good kitchen and bathroom, good heating ( in winter ), and a perfect location. We walked everywhere.
The close restaurants, Campo Di Fiori fresh food market and excellent bakery and supermarket made cooking at home easy.
We were picked up by Daniele at the airport which I recommend, only a few euros more than a taxi. However if you want to use him for transport around Rome he is a bit expensive.
Emanuela checked us in and out and was friendly, helpful and reliable and perfectly charming. -

SomersetClean, comfortable and centrally located
Left on 11/26/2012 for a stay in September 2012
The apartment was ideal for our first trip to Rome as it was very central, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. It is also close to Campo de Fiori, which is good for eating out or buying supplies from the market. There is a supermarket close by and also public transport, although we enjoyed walking to most places. One of the real benefits was enjoying breakfast in the sunshine or an evening drink on the roof terrace. It is accessed by some quite steep steps, but the views are amazing! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and the owner's representative who met us there was very helpful. As we wanted to check out early on Sunday morning, he arranged to meet us Saturday evening for return of deposit so there were no problems at all. Generally we found the area was very quiet, with the exception of Saturday night when there was some inevitable noise from the street. We would definitely stay here again.

We are an older, retired couple. We found the apartment comfortable and well supplied with appliances. Having a washer and dryer available within the apartment was handy.
A superette which had foodstuff and other basic items was within a few minutes walk. Best: location. Most disappointing: Terrace was reached by a poorly lit, uneven stone staircase that was daunting to climb, especially for older tenants, and we are quite fit for our age. -

This unit was a great place to stay - the location is within walking distance of the Vatican, Collosseum and Roman Forum. Four of us were comfortable for a 3 night stay and the air conditioning was very welcome in the hot weather. The building has a lift which was also appreciated after long days walking. There are plenty of good restaurants near by and the markets at Campo de Fiori are a must for anyone interewsted in food.

Gianluca Belli was a wonderful host who provided us with outstanding customer service. From arranging a private tour to assistance locating our lost luggage, he helped to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and clean and we could not have been in a better location. Centrally located to all of the sights of Rome with a lovely terrace complete with spectacular views of the city, this really was an "enchanting" apartment.

Left on 06/28/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Only after visiting all the sites in central Rome without having to rely on transportation of any kind other than walking, did we really appreciate the location of this apartment. The apartment itself was as advertised, which is always a relief, but there were some extras that made our stay so much more convenient. We arrived early and there was problem in dropping off our luggage at the apartment. We also had a late flight out, and again Gianluca let us leave our things for later pick-up. Lucrecia, who met us at the apartment at arrival and departure, was also very helpful and easy going, giving our stay a real sense of relaxation.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apt. Great location, on a quiet street, and easy walking to all destinations. Very nice bath and bedroom, well stocked kitchen, and spacious living room. Plus the view from the roof-top terrace (shared with other tenants) was great and became a daily event for a glass of wine before we went out to dinner. We will definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Rome.

We couldn't believe our luck when we arrived here. This is the ideal place to stay in Rome - the apartment is peaceful and secluded and yet within easy reach not only of the many tourist 'sights' but also bustling shops and restaurants. And such good value!
The roof terrace is an added bonus - it's a great place to relax with a glass of Prosecco and reflect on a busy day while gazing out over the rooftops. The apartment is simply but comfortably furnished, and clean - it's a restful place to be. The double bed is blissfully comfortable, but I'm not so sure about the sofa-bed - it was fine for our teenage daughter but two full-grown adults might find the mattress a little thin! Gianluca and Lucrezia were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We'd definitely visit again! -

,,,the sweet life...Italian style. My daughters and I enjoyed 3 nights in this spacious apartment, a few short blocks from the Campo de Fiori...its not right on the Campo, and that's probably a good thing. the Campo has a outdoor farmer's market that starts very early and draws quite a crowd. it also has many restaurants; while a fun and lively place, it can be noisy. This flat gave us the best of both worlds...a clean, quite, comfortable apartment close to the heart of Rome. While not luxurious, it was well furnished and met all our needs. Gianluca, the apartment manager, was a charming and reponisve host..he was a pleasure to do business with. There is a small roof top patio and at first it was a bit disappointing. The stairs to reach it are a bit challenging, (there is an elevator for the building itself), but this is a very old building. There is a closet where patio chairs are kept and we set up the first night with a nice cold bottle of wine after a long day. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We are looking forward to a return visit

The best part of this apt is the great location. Within walking distance to all of the important sites, transport, neighborhoods and great restaurants. The apt is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is located in a darling plaza and the big windows look out so you have a sense of the neighborhood feel. Building is well taken care of which is nice.

I Stayed here for a week in early March with my friend and teenage daughter. We came to Rome for art, food and shopping. Gianluca arranged for a car service to pick us up at the airport. He was at the apartment when we arrived and answered all our questions about the apartment and things places in the neighborhood. We enjoyed being close to the market, great restaurants and many small shops. He arranged for an excellent guide for a tour of the Roman forum. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. We made orange juice with the juicer with blood oranges from the market. We walked to the forum, piazza Navonna and the Vatican. We walked alot, saw alot of art and bought shoes.

Left on 03/31/2012 for a stay in February 2012
We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment near Campo de Fiori. It was so comfortable for my family and I. It had everything we could possibly need available. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. There are great restaurants no more than a couple blocks away. There is also a terrace at the top of the building where you can look out across all of the city and view several major sites over the Roman roof tops. What really made our stay though, was how accommodating and helpful Gianluca was! He was in great contact with us the whole time leading up to our stay, provided us information of various tours, and helped arrange a driver to transport us to and from the airport. We can't say enough great things about our stay in Rome. We highly recommend staying at this great apartment with its amazing location near the heart of historic Rome.

My wife and I have stayed in this lovely apartment on several occasions. each time we have been fully satisfied, and have also recommended it to a number of friends. It is perfectly located, within walking distance of many of the most interesting places in Rime. It is quiet, bright, well-furnished and spotlessly clean, and is a restful place where we have always been happy to spend time. I can recommend it in the highest possible terms!

Left on 01/15/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We really liked the apartment clear and comfortable with a view on the roofs and an elevator. The location is perfect near the the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Largo argentina where you can catch all the buses and tramways. You find in the area many good restaurants proposing typical Roman dishes and bars with friendly atmosphere, cool places perfect for drinks. The location is perfect to spend either a few days or a month in the center of Rome.

Left on 01/12/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We did appreciate this flat providing proper accommodation in a perfect location, as it is some blocks from Farenese Palace and from the Campo De Fiori market place where you can enjoy a daily local market (have a sit on a terrace, enjoy the sunny day with a coffee and have a look on the local people busy with market activities: this is great!) . The flat owner is a nice person who gave us full support about Wifi connection. This flat is very near from the Tevere river on which banks you can jog or walk.

Left on 01/09/2012 for a stay in January 2012
We stayed in the apartment early Christmas 2012. It is perfectly located on a quiet, beautiful little piazza right in the center of the old city. The house is very well maintained and clean, which is also true for the apartment: Well equipped, clean and with a nice style. The view from the roof terrace is astonishing. Hence, the apartment and the terrace are both beautiful places to rest from the lively city centre of Rome. Gianluca was very friendly and very responsive to all questions I had before, during and after my stay. So, 1.) I will return to Rome and 2.) I will again then stay in this apartment.

Left on 12/24/2011 for a stay in December 2011
This apartment is really close to all the sights, we didn't take a taxi once. Walk to Vatican along the Tiber was so beautiful in the morning. We were able to come back, rest, and just walk across to Trastevere for supper (5 minutes walk) Found a shortcut to Campo, 2 minutes, to purchase goods at outdoor market. Forno and Roscoli (there are 2 - one for wine, cold cuts & cheeses, the other for roman pizzas, breads & dolci) are 4 minutes walk. A well-stocked grocery is also 2 minutes away. Yet the rental is on a small quite square.
Although it was early December, we were able (with a jacket on) to enjoy the terrace views.
We were met by Gianluca, a nice young man, who speaks perfect English.

Berlin, GermanyCentral, quiet, beautiful apartment for a great stay in Rome
Left on 11/24/2011 for a stay in November 2011
I stayed in the apartment for 5 days in November. Gianluca was very helpful in preparing the stay. When meeting with Gianluca at the apartment I was surprised: It looked even more beautiful than on the pictures in the internet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a nice, well-maintained and very clean house (equipped with an elevator). The apartment itself is well equipped, nicely furnished, clean. Everything you expect to feel comfortable. Its central location is great to stroll around the old central part of Rome and return for a relaxing break in the apartment - or (weather permitting) on the amazing roof terrace with a great view. So sum it up: The apartment really exceeded my expectations. When I will return to Rome, I will surely again stay in this place. So, absolutely a five star apartment. Just to add at least one critical remark on the apartment: a corkscrew was missing in the kitchen. But that was about everything negative one might mention with regard to the aparment.

Ansonsten dichte moderne Fenster. Angenehme Umgebung mit Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten.
