It’s 80 Square metres (860 SqFt) in size, luxury furnished and fully equipped (air conditioning, WiFi Internet connection, telephone with free calls to European and North American land lines).

We had a great time (1 week) in this apartment.
The city has as much charm as we thought and we have been very satisfied about our accomodation.
The +:
. Good location (close to Metro, the Colosseum is 10 minutes walk, 2 supermarket in 2 minutes walk)
. Very quiet (no window facing the street, all openings open onto small courtyards)
. Fresh (34 ° c and more during our stay, but in the apartment it was not too hot)
. Practice (2 bathrooms with WC)
. Transfer airport - apartment is available
. Very good communication with the owner (fast and accurate)
. Excellent reception (maps and recent guides available + presentation of the neighborhoods and sights of Rome but also of the immediate vicinity (Tivoli / Ostia) + a few tips for restaurants / ice creams)
The - (rather minor):
. Many TV channels, but TV5 is the only french one
. Few dishes if maximum occupancy of 5 people
This accommodation is quite true to its description on the site and we would recommend it to our friends without hesitation.

New Mexico, USAWhen in Rome...

New, very comfortable, and stylish apartment on the Monti/Esquilino border. We have stayed in the Campo dei Fiore and prefer this less touristy area where real Romans live. The neighborhood is perhaps a bit seedy as you move toward the Vittorio Emmanuele park, but we felt perfectly safe and a three-block walk in the other direction leads to the Domus aurea right through the park to the Colosseum. Very convenient for getting around --Metro just a block; Termini station 8-10 minutes' walk.
The apartment was perfect for the two of us. It would accommodate two more using the sofa bed in the living room and the small second bathroom off the kitchen, but more appropriate for one couple or a small family than for two couples.
The kitchen though small had everything needed to cook and eat in. Our only reservation about the appliances was the odd laundry machine which didn't operate as we expected.
WiFi internet (small extra charge) and Satellite TV kept us well connected and informed.
Pretty bedroom with comfy queen bed and little balcony. View is onto an interior courtyard so no people watching, but quiet at night.
Unique key system that we thought very smart and convenient. Also --an elevator!
Excellent service from Massimo who took care of the booking and handled our one problem (an internet outage) immediately and efficiently. He also provided a lengthy brochure of useful material about the apartment and Rome generally. Patrizia who handled the check-in and check-out had many recommendations for things to see, places to eat, and experiences not to be missed.
Reasonable reservation and security deposits, Pay Pal options, and
all this for less than an average hotel room!
