The heart of Rome is famous for its narrow and amazing lanes leading from the market of Campo de’ Fiori and Piazza Navona to the disctrict of Trastevere. The wide variety of churches, squares and noble buildings you find here are true splendours.

The majestic Piazza Navona and the sunset observed from Ponte Sant’Angelo with the dome of Saint Peter’s church as background are among some of the sights the visitor of Rome will never forget.

The Apartment Salvatore in Campo II is located in such a wonderful setting, just a few yards from Piazza Campo de’ Fiori and a few minutes from all the most important places of interest in... Rome.

This is an area from where you will have easy access to the great sites of Rome city center such as Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, Saint Peter’s Church and the Pantheon.

The flat is located on the second floor of a buidling that features a magnificent façade whose frescoes are rare examples of the finest Italian art.

The living room space, where are the sofas and the television, is proximate to the spacious and modern kitchen fitted with all the basic amenities such as dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.

Two double bedrooms are available. The first one is provided with an en suite-bathroom where is a shower.

The second modern and well-appointed bathroom is furnished with a shower as well.

The accommodation can sleep up to six guests.

The flat is also furnished with washing machine, air conditioning and two TVs, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom.

The Salvatore in Campo 2 has been recently restored. During the renovation works some features of the ancient building were discovered and enhanced.

The coffered ceiling of the bedrooms decorated with tiny floral frescoes is just an example of the original features which have been recently brought back to light.

The wall between the kitchen and the living room is also decorated with an original stone frieze dating back to Roman times, presumably the remains of a temple’s decoration.

In order to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests all the windows have been fitted with double glazing. The details of the original structure perfectly mix with the modern interiors making the entire space of the Salvatore in Campo II an extremely bright and airy ambiance.

During the day, Campo dei Fiori is conquered by many stand owners selling their freshly goods and vegetable products in its famous outdoor market. A charming location to wonder, eat and people watching. Campo dei Fiori are full of interesting small boutiques and souvenir shops. During the whole year, people sit outside the Piazza surrounded by many outdoor Trattorias and espresso bars. By night, the area becomes lively with an animated atmosphere where people get together and enjoy the evening.

  We traveled with 4 people (2 couples) and this apt was perfect for our needs. There were 2 decent size bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, and a small kitchen with all of the necessities. The location couldn't be beat! There were multiple bars and restaurants within a short walk and the bus stop was right around the corner. A quick 10- 15 min walk will get you to all of the major sites, and Campo de Fiori is within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this apt to anyone wanting to be right in the city center.
