Located in Prati, one of the best and most exclusive neighborhoods in Rome, near Vatican Museums still close to the center and known for its elegant buildings and shopping area. The house is reachable easily from Fiumicino airport (train or bus + 7 Subway stops) and from Termini Main Railroad station (7 Subway stops) and its location gives you a perfect way to visit all Rome's monuments just with fast public transportations only (100 mt from Cipro Subway & bus station) and to reduce all your travel time having all kind of shops, restaurants and markets at walking distance.
The apartment, big enough to accommodate up to 5 people with its 65+10 square meters, has been newly renovated and furnished by an architect with high quality finishes, exclusive furniture and marble floors. It has a large entrance room with a queen size sofa bed, big living and dining room with table, another sofa and a single bed hidden behind into the library the 32" Led HD TV sliding panel, a through room with sliding doors closet, bathroom with glass and mosaic shower, fully equipped kitchen with table, chairs and a cupboard, finally a cozy main bedroom with a queen size bed and and a unique design. From the kitchen and the main bedroom you get access to the apartment's garden where lounging outdoors in complete privacy or dining by candlelight under a fresh breeze.
