LeedsA Perfectly Positioned Base.
Left on 09/06/2012 for a stay in August 2012
If you are looking for a quiet modern and elegant base from which to explore the centre of Rome, then this apartment is a winner.
We stayed in mid august and were delighted not just by the quality of the decor but also the 3 high quality air conditioning units, on a couple of days it was just a relief to get back 'home'.
The apartment is situated ideally for both the public transport system and the local supermarket. The Metro stop and bus stop being visible after taking the first left turn from the apartment. The excellent supermarket is just around the same corner and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher meant that we ate in most nights (I enjoy cooking and eating local produce, so was very happy)
Many of the other reviewers have commented on how helpful Joe is and I would like to add that I agree wholehertedly, he even booked us our transport from and back to the airport and had someone meet us at the apartment at around midnight on arival.
One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. -

The apartment was all that one could want for a relaxing home away from home. Close to all facilities, minutes from Metro, buses, taxis, supermarkets coffee/bars. 10 minutes from the Vatican. Apartment was very comfortable and modern. Away from the Tourist area but close enough to be there. Joe the owner was on call for any needs that arose. Car and Driver available to collect and take you to the airport safely and on time.
Would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for value for money.

This apartment was the most exceptional place to stay, the doorman was very helpful, the building was close to the Metro, buses, restraurant, supermarket, walking distance from the shopping strip and Vatican. The Owner can also organise a driver and private car to collect and take you to Rome airport, which takes about 1 hr. Cost is very reasonable, cheaper than a Taxi. A very convenient place to stay, owner very contactable.

Left on 07/20/2012 for a stay in June 2012
i stayed here for 5 night in late June with my 71 year old mum and my brother. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was in a great location. there was a decent sized supermarket literally around the corner beside a couple of very nice coffee shops and a fast food outlet. 2 minutes down the street was a metro stop a 5 min ride away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Although we were there during a heatwave (39 or more ) every day it was only a 10 minute walk to the Vatican Museum and about 20 minutes to St Peter's Square and the Vatican itself. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and a lovely little enclosed garden at the back of the apartment where we sat to have our morning coffee and a late night drink. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rome. The owner was always at the end of a phone if needed and booked a car to collect and take us to the airport as we did not want the hassle of taking cases on and off trains. i was expecting 2 seperate bedrooms and there is in fact only one proper bedroom and a sofa bed and a camp style bed in the living room but there was enough privacy with doors that enclosed the sofa bed wee bit problematic with hanging clothes but very small problem. the apartment was very well equiped but do take your own hairdryer.

Left on 07/01/2012 for a stay in May 2012
Our crew sought a place to stay that was central, within easy striking distance of the treasures of the Eternal City, that was comfortable and good value. This place fulfilled all of them.
The appartment is large, well fitted and the interior is charmingly decorated and furnished. On foot, it is ten minutes door to door to the Vatican Museums, and there are supermarkets aplenty on the same road, as well as an aTM and the Metro Stop Cipro. There is nothing you could want that it lacks. The proprietor, Giuseppe, is extremely helpful and listens to precisely what it is you want, and was fabulous towards myself and my two friends. I recommend it highly. -

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days while we toured Rome. It is a great location with a few good restaurants around and the metro station is within a few minutes walk or you can walk into the centre of Rome within 30-40 minutes. Giuseppe was very helpful with all our queries and it was great to also have a supermarket very close so we didn't have to eat out every night. It was also great to access to washing machine, which will be good for those continuing on traveling or staying for a long time.

I recently stayed with some friends at this wonderful apartment centrally located in Rome and very close to The Vatican. The apartment was very clean and decoration was modern and tasteful. Lots of nearby facilities like restaurants, supermarkets, metro, buses etc. The landlord is a very friendly and charming gentleman called Joe. He even recommended a very good driver to collect me at the airport. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Can't say enough about "Joe"!! Apartment is great, location is great! Loved the private patio. But the best part is Joe. He is so helpful with tips, directions and anything else you need while staying there. Check in was a breeze, check out the same. Very clean with everything we needed. Can't say enough good things about this place and the management!!

Before we arrived in Rome Guiseppe had sent us detailed directions for sightseeing, dining, shopping, and the best way to reach our temporary home. His friend Ricky met us and showed us around, then left us to settle into our stylish Roman apartment. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, with every amenity, even a lovely outdoor room screened by plantings over a stout fence. The foyer led to a lounge with a flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was completely equipped and immaculate. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for our belongings and big windows onto the garden. The WiFi worked flawlessly. Security was provided by the porter just outside two locked doors into our building. As Guiseppe had promised, a supermarket was a short half block and the Metro a block away, and there were two bars for snacks within a block. The location is perfect and the interior is beautiful and very comfortable. Although we never met Guiseppe in person, he phoned several times and proved to be the perfect host, with every concern for our comfort. We look forward to our next visit.

We stayed 3 nights, originally booked 4 nights, but the wrong dates. The owner was most helpful and arranged for us a temporary accommodation for a night as this flat was occupied at the time. The flat was clean, comfortable with all amenities. Shops transport all nearby. Very comfortable well equipped. A real home from home.

Left on 04/19/2012 for a stay in April 2012
This apartment is furnished to a very high standard and the owner is very kind and thoughtful. The location is perfect, just steps from a supermarket and metro stop. Plenty of space, lots of kitchen implements, modern bathroom and private garden. The three of us were very happy for a week here. Top Tips: De Falcone Trattoria is excellent and very reasonably priced. Pizzarium near the Cipro metro stop is exceptional!

Left on 01/08/2012 for a stay in November 2011
We received the keys directly from the owner who was very kind and courteous. He told us how to turn on the boiler and hot water heat pumps how to turn the living room and bedroom.Le heat pumps are not served because we expect to find a nice warm home. An excellent central heating has pampered every moment of our stay in the cool fall of Rome. As you enter a hallway with a comfortable sofa in his slippers to get cheered us from traveling aereo. There is an elegant and comfortable living room with a large sofa table. A large LCD television with DVD player is in room. The bathroom is warm and elegant, the shower has a pleasant speaker, and you can adjust the water at the ideal temperature. The kitchen has everything you could want: Fridge with freezer, dishwasher and a great fan oven. There are also all sorts of furnishings for the kitchen. The major facilities of the bedroom house is. Furnished with taste and simplicity provides a comfortable bed in the middle. Is positioned behind a huge closet where all my clothes to get rid of the trip. The bedroom is very quiet and we slept always with great satisfaction.
The house is a few meters from the metro station of Cyprus. In this way, every town of Rome is immediately accessible in a matter of minutes, just leave the door! A few steps from the house we found: a pub with Roman cuisine, a kebab very good, at least three Roman food stores, the local market where you can find cheap Roman specialties. Always very close we ate at a good restaurant and economic nippo-Chinese, wok. A few hundred meters from the house, we find the Vatican museums.
We found the house perfectly clean and tidy, the sheets and blankets as well as scented towels.
Arriving at the airport is very easy.
The house is located on the ground floor so suitable for elderly or disabled.

Apartment was clean cute with everything new, the owner must have great taste looking to the way was painted or the materials used.
Great location we were able to visit the city just only using public transportations and Vatican was 10 min walk away. The best was the little private garden were we could eat outside and the living room on how was designed together with the bathroom really nice and the living room with marbles.
