After three long flights of stairs you reach an alfresco area, with a tiny laundry and a cosy little flat. Sleeps two confortably, three tightly, for very tightly! The bathroom is smalish, but complete. Nice kitchen, but no microwave oven. Small washing machine outside in the laundry. Good internet connection. Federico was a very kind host an allowed for an early check in. The apartment is very well located, walking distance from San Giovanni metro station. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone staying in Rome

We liked this apartment very much - it is well furnished and has a lovely sunny terrace. The neighbourhood is off the beaten tourist track but is within walking distance of the Colesseum, Baths of Caracalla and, for those not so keen on a walk, is well served by the Metro at 5 minutes distance. So you get the best of both worlds, escaping from the madding crowds in the evening. Restaurants nearby are excellent and there is a covered market at the Via Magna Grecia for all provisions.
Only one word of warning, do read the small print - we were caught out by the late check in charge and by the requirement to check out by 11am. -

El apartamento tiene una relación calidad/precio correcta y es apropiado para una estancia corta de visita a la ciudad. El metro S.Giovanni está a 5 minutos y hay un supermercado cerca.
La cocina, calefacción y agua caliente son de gas natural y funcionan bien. El WiFi también funcionaba bien.
El dueño fue amable y puntual a la hora de entregar las llaves.
Aunque el apartamento se corresponde con lo que muestran las fotografías, se nota las éstas son de hace ya un tiempo y que el piso se ha deteriorado un poco: Había luces que no enciendían, puerta de algún mueble de cocina que no encajaban, limpieza insuficiente (telas de araña en el salón) y manchas de humedad en el baño. La terraza tiene una pequeña pega y es que se comparte con la entrada a otro apartamento y es zona de paso.
No obstante, consideramos que nuestra estancia ha sido correcta y la relación calidad/precio buena para una estancia en Roma.

We stayed 4 days in this place and it was really agreable. The appartement was well furnished and clean. The subway is only 5 minutes walk and there are several grocery stores around and restaurants. I definitely recommand this place.

This flat is well situated, at 5 mn from transports (bus, metro). The living-room is pleasant and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped (except for coffee-maker). We only had a problem with the taps in the bathroom which leak. There is a market at 10 mn walk.

Fedrico is a very helpfull and nice person. But though the location was good, we found the bathroom not well enough. The water of the shower was not cold and also not warm, also the toilet was difficult to use.

Bien comunicado por transporte público (metro/buses), zona comercial y supermercados muy cerca. Zona tranquila. El piso es pqueño pero muy bien aprovechado con todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. El wifi funciona muy bien. La terraza es interior separada de los vecinos por un biombo.
Lo peor es que es un 3er piso sin ascensor y que la ducha es muy pequeña.
El dueño es amable y dispuesto a solventar cualquier problema que surja durante la estancia. -

I can recommend this apartment to all the tourist who want to explore Rome and its wonderful sights, excellent location close to metro station and about 15 min. walk from Coloseum. Not suitable for people who do not like climbing stairs - there is no lift and the apartment is on the top floor. Sufficiently equipped. If you come by car - there could be a little problem with parking. Just one negative remark:it was a pity that the lady who was waiting for us could not speak English at all (but it is common almost everywhere in Italy :().

I really liked the place and the surrounding. There was a delicious breakfast place arround for cafe and bread you pay only 3,40 € and its all fresh made. The Check in was in the night with Federico perfect. Everything went well. We enjoyed our time there a lot. Wonderful Bulgarian Neighour was alway for a chat to have. A clothes market is just arround and you can get cool stuff there. 3 Stops from Termini and 6 Stops from Spagna. All in a short time to reach. The agency has been brilliant. At the end we forgot a jacket and they sended it back to us. Incredible! Thanks a lot Federico and good luck for the future. Bye Karin and Petra
