I made a booking through Booking.com, and the original property was unable to accommodate me. Booking.com contacted Home Suite Rome, who went out of their way to offer me an equivalent property in a different location. I was greeted by Sharon, who was warm, caring and helpful. The location turned out to be exceptional, right in the Piazza Navona overlooking the square. The apartment was exquisite, and had an Italian espresso machine, wine, drinks, and pastries, a very comfortable bed with beautiful furnishings. I have been to Rome several times, and this is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. I strongly recommend Home Suite Rome who has several properties in Rome, and commend Booking.com for working with this property to ensure a positive outcome for the original mixup.

Wow! This was a great find, everything first class. We enjoyed every minute, the location close to everything, and the square is the center of much activity, it was nice just sitting on the balcony people watching. Very nicely appointed rooms, every detail addressed. We will never stay anywhere else in Rome.

Great ospitality. The apartment is really new, very bright, stylish comfortable and unique in that area.
It's very nice to sit on the balcony and see Piazza Navona with its beautiful fountains and statues.
Comfortable beds, as well as bathroom and kitchen.
I was really fascinated and will come back again for
sure in this apartment. -

Check-in service is nice and efficient and always on time;
Accommodation is charming, with very comfortable, silent and wide rooms, 2 baths, LCD TV, Sky and internet;
Location is wonderful, you can drink your coffe and read your favourite book sitting on your private balcon that leans out on Navona square, the most beautiful square of the world!!!
You feel your are at home, in a perfect house, in the very center of Rome, and you just fell you are happy!!! -

Ii feel so stupid! Travelling with my family I chose hotels all these years.
This apartment that was recently renovated, and is better than most suits I have been to, and the quality is incredible.
The location is superb and it's nearby all the important roman sites.
The apartment was well furnished with everything we needed, and the
espresso coffee machine was much appreciated.
We were right in Pizza Navona and the view from the balcony was simply fantastic.
Standing on the balcony with a glass of wine, and looking down on one the square gives you a unique emotion.
The service from the airport was very helpful, and a person picked me up from the airport to take me to the apartment.
This was a unique and fantastic way to spend a vacation in Rome, and I will highly recommend the apartment.
