Londoncomfortable flat, good location
Left on 05/10/2012 for a stay in April 2012
have to pay up front in cash on arrival, including a tax. You must ring abut an hour before arrival to make sure someone there to meet you with key.
The flat is near metro, supermarket very close by but several local eateries also available. A taxi rank is local .
Advertised as having satellite tv, which sadly does appeal to me for my ten year olds sake. The cables had been botched together, two different sizes, with electrical tape so of course no signal. We asked to have it fixed shortly after arriving on Friday afternoon , lady said she would send someone over or call us back. She did not. Owners arrived on day we were leaving (Tues) whilst we were out so we ended up having our last lunch being watched by him, his wife and cable guy. Lovely couple though.We could not access WI FI as no password.
Dvd player there but only two dvds .Kitchen poorly equipped in terms of crockery but had microwave etc. Decor in bathroom a bit sad, door half painted etc, cleanliness could have been improved in terms of a deep clean which applied to shower etc.
On plus side, hot water, air con, quiet residential area, easy to walk in to Colosseum etc. and a home from home so appeals to me.
