Located in a silent and peaceful corner of Rome, the tastefully furnished Apartment Campo Marzio is a few steps from Spanish Steps, one of the cutest neighborhoods in the heart of Rome.

Staying in such a location means that you won’t have to take any means of transportation. This fabulous apartment can accommodate up to 14 guests. With its fine interiors as well as supreme comforts the apartment is the perfect place for your vacation in Rome.

You find yourself in the elegant Campo Marzio district in the heart of the city, just a few steps away from the Spanish Steps and the Piazza Navona. Very cute alleys and world-famous monume...nts such as Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and TrinitĂ  dei Monti are just a short walking distance.

Choosing this “apartment” means choosing unique quality for an unforgettable holiday in Rome. We are talking about an entire elegant building on three levels with an independent street entrance.

On the ground level is the large living room where you will find comfortable sofas, LED full-HD TV and a large, wide dining table. The kitchen is completely furnished with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

One the same floor is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x190cm) and an en-suite bathroom furnished with shower. A second bathroom – with bathtub and washing machine – and another guest bathroom – with toilet, bidet and sink – complete the space.

The first floor features three large bedrooms decorated with wooden panels and with modern furniture coloured in red, lilac and white. A bathroom with a bathtub serves these rooms. On the same level you have access to a further double bedroom provided with an interior balcony with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second completely furnished kitchen will save you the effort of walking down the stairs to make breakfast. A common area between the four rooms is furnished with a second dining table.

On the second floor you will find the master bedroom suite with TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. The suite has direct access to a private terrace. From the stairs you have access to a second splendid terrace, the house’s gem, which faces the domes of the wonderful churches of Rome.

It will be pleasant coming home after visiting the city as a corner of paradise is waiting for you. Here you can relax on a sun bed and enjoy a good dinner out in the open. A complete series of garden furniture decorates the terrace area.

The apartment is furthermore equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. It is possible to accommodate 14 people in total, using the six bedrooms and the two folding beds which can be placed anywhere you prefer.

The Spanish Steps Area is located in an up-market area of Rome that joins the Piazza Di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo with the church of Trinita dei Monti with two recognizable twin towers.   We rented Campo Marzio apartment, because despite its high value, we wanted to be confortably installed in Roma. Location was great! Unfortunately when we arrived at the apartment we had to wait outside because the person who would meet us was late (we advised our arrival time within an hour as requested). The apartment was very big and comfortable, but cleanliness was far below acceptance, specially bathrooms and kitchen (we even found dirty dishware). The bathtube was clothed as was the shower upstairs. The hot water system worked poorly and in our last day we all had to have cold showers (in the winter!). As we spent the whole day outside, we only realized it wasn't working late in the evening, so we didn't call anyone. Rome is great, the apartment is very good, but its maintenance doesn't fit the standards for such property and price.

We are sorry if, for any reason, the apartment was not up to your expectations in terms of cleaning, we have immediately alerted our cleaning company and we will be double checking personally from now on. We are also re-assessing the hot water system to make sure it's working properly,just as a suggestion it's always better to call us in case of any problem so we can either fix or explain how to use something in the apartment.   The accomodations were five star. The location was convenient to the market, bakery and area attractions. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating (they arranged for airort transportation for our family of 11 individuals).
