“Angelo ai Musei Vaticani” is situated just a few metres from the entrance to the Vatican Museum, and from the Metro station Cipro – Musei Vaticani, on the A line.

Its position in the Prati area makes it an ideal setting-off point for visiting Rome, either on foot or by public transport.

Nearby there are important monuments such as the Vatican Museum (with the Sistine Chapel), the Vatican City, St. Peter’s, and Castel Sant’Angelo; just a little further away, across the river Tiber, you can visit Piazza di Spagna, the Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, and all the other attractions of the city.

The rooms are in a building in which there are three apartments, on the third floor (there is no lift), with independent central heating and air conditioning; there is an independent entrance, lcd television, en-suite bathrooms, and some have a small kitchen area and refrigerator.

The linen is supplied and included in the price, as is breakfast; the towels and bathroom linen are changed every three days, while the bed linen is changed once a week (and of course for every new guest.)

The cleaning at the end of each stay is included but the kitchen area should be cleaned by the user.

  Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nell'ottobre 2012. Dal sito che si presenta molto bene sembrava aver trovato davvero un'ottimo posto vista anche la vicinanza al Vaticano e la comodità di avere il metrò vicino.
  Purtroppo non si può dire la stessa cosa della struttura. Cominciamo con una doccia mal funzionante, il sollecito nell'avere un asciugacapelli e dei cuscini troppo molli. Odore di fogna quando si tira l'acqua in bagno, alla sera zanzare che disturbano il sonno. La cosa più triste è la colazione... pessima o meglio inesistente. Senza latte e tazze che colazione è??Tanto vale essere onesti e non offrirla nel prezzo. Quindi la dovevamo fare al bar spendendo altri soldi. Cercate di fare davvero la differenza come c'è scritto sul vostro sito elegante.

  La ringrazio per la critica costruttiva. Purtroppo quella della colazione è una nota dolente, poichè la legislazione ci impone di fornire ai clienti solamente cibi preconfezionati e non manipolati. Abbiamo provveduto ad informare nel form di presentazione che non si offre una vera e propria colazione ma uno spuntino mattutino, in modo da abbassare le aspettative dei clienti e non lasciarli delusi. Per quanto riguarda la doccia malfunzionante mi permetto di farle notare che si è rotta a voi, prima funzionava benissimo, ed abbiamo provveduto ad aggiustarla entro le 24h, cosi' come è successo per l'asciugacapelli che purtroppo ci avevano sottratto senza che ce ne accorgessimo ed i cuscini che non trovavate di vostro gradimento (ve ne abbiamo dati 4) Per il discorso dell'odore quando si tirava lo sciacquone sinceramente andremo a verificare, cosi' come la presenza anomala di zanzare da voi denunciata che al centro di Roma è alquanto singolare, ma provvederemo certamente a fornire ai nostri clienti "particolarmente esigenti" una crema contro le punture! La ringrazio per aver riconosciuto che la posizione della struttura è altamente strategica ed il sito elegante.

  Very comfortably, refined interior design, realxing and cozy at the same time. Great retreat in Rome with wonderful owners. Very well located, suuny rooms in the middle of an alive and residential neighborhood,and walking distance from the best food market of Rome.. and walking distnce from the Vatican...
  Metro at 300 hundred meters, great restaurants and cafes just down the street..
  Congratulations! Wonderful place to stay with a moderate budget, I could not ask for more...

  Light and space are abundant

  Light and space are abundant in the room I had in angelo's and Michela's B&B.; Something you do not come across easily in Rome. The place is ideally located if you also want to participate in Roman life, so not only consume but also produce, like let's say your own food. Il Mercato Trionfale is just across the street and is a true heaven for foodies amongst us. In the little kitchen I made many a nice dish. And when bored with cooking you go out and make your choice.
  And your hosts? Personal, helpful and their good command of English prevents you from learning Italian ;-). I'll be back.
