The apartment's central position, about 50 metres from Piazza di Spagna, situates a house in Rome’s most elegant and exclusive area, destination of all of Rome’s international tourists. Here you will find most of the capital’s main attractions: churches, basilicas, fountains, archaeological remains and museums. The boutiques of all the Italian and international fashion designers can be visited in Rome’s famous shopping streets.

A few steps away, the choice is yours: the Spanish steps, villa Borghese and it’s splendid museum, piazza del Popolo and it’s churches, where you can see some of Caravaggio’s paintings, the Trevi fountain, the palazzo del Quirinale, the Campidoglio, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, piazza Navona, castel Sant’Angelo, via Condotti… and we shall say no more, in order to let you savour discovering the places you can find only footsteps away from our apartments, on a slow, pleasant walk for example, without needing to take the public transports.
How to get here : from Fiumicino airport a) Take the Leonardo Express train to Termini station and there, take the subway: METROPOLITANA A, Battistini direction, get off at the third stop, SPAGNA.
b) Take a taxi from the airport to Via Mario de’ Fiori 116
From Ciampino airport a) Take a shuttle bus to Termini station or a taxi
In car : the area around Via Mario de’ Fiori is a limited traffic zone, therefore we advise you to leave your car in one of the car parks, unfortunately quite expensive: there is one at the beginning of Via Veneto; from there, taking the escalators, it is possible to arrive at Piazza di Spagna
In train : Rome’s main train station is Termini, previously mentioned; Secondary, though important are the Tiburtina and Ostiense train stations, where you can take the subway to get to Termini, Metropolitana B, and then follow the indications given above.

We spent a very comfortable 10 days in Rome. The apartment is well located near Piazza di Spagna. We arrived with our luggage on the nearby Metro and after that we walked everywhere as it is so well located. The apartment catered for all our needs and was modern and in good condition albeit in an old building. We were able to shop at a nearby supermarket when we wanted to fend for ourselves, and were surrounded by numerous eateries and coffee shops when we wanted to enjoy Roman fare. The owners were welcoming and accessible. Can recommend it to anyone who is not fazed by a the stairs to the second Floor!!

The appartment is lovely. Every thing you need is there, from soap, to toilet paper, and even sugar and salt. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen and dining room is fully equipped with any thing you need to cook or just relax. Air condition in both rooms, and a washing machine in the bathroom. The water flows good, hit water all day. Wifi is working very good too.
The appartment is suited in one of the main pedestrian streets in Rome, close to the Spanish steps and every thing else.
I highly recommend this place for a stay in Rome.
