In Casa Dom you will be welcomed like old, good friends. In the kitchen you'll have to wait for the perfect Italian wine and real, Roman flavored coffee. Impeccable cleanliness, comfort, peace and caring owners - that's calling card Domenico and his wife. Location of the apartment is ideal. Near the metro, good shopping, lots of restaurants.
The kindest words I want to say about Domenico. It's fun, friendly, sociable person. We are very pleased to have met him and lived in this house. Jealous of anyone who is only going to live in these apartments. Domenico, learn Russian language - we'll be back :-):-):-) -

Staying at Casa Dom was great! Domenico was professional and very helpful (so was his lovely wife). He gave us great tips on getting around Rome and eateries. The rental was clean, comfortable, and very modern. There was plenty of room for the four of us (parents and mother-in-law) to be comfortable. The metro station is less than a block away. Shopping was also conveniently located; and, the restaurant downstairs to the right was one of the best places to eat (many locals eat there).
I plan to stay here on my next trip to Rome...hopefully soon! 5 stars all the way.

Enjoyed our 4 night study at Casa Dom very much. Our hosts were helpful and gracious and the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. We would certainly stay at Casa Dom again.

L'appartement est superbe, très bien situé, très propre et très bien pour un weekend prolongé, parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants ou un couple!
Les propriétaires parlent français et anglais, c'est très appréciable, ils sont très chaleureux. -

L'appartamento è delizioso, molto pulito e curato, il proprietario gentile e disponibile, la splendida san pietro è proprio dietro l'angolo. Sono stato diverse volte a Roma e questo è senza dubbio il miglior appartamento in cui ho alloggiato!!!

Ho alloggiato a Casadom tre giorni con il mio ragazzo che non aveva mai visto Roma.
La posizione è fantastica! A due minuti a piedi dalla metro (Ottaviano) e a cinque minuti da San Pietro!! La zona è centralissima, ben collegata e fornita di tutto.
La casa è un gioiello: pratica (ci si muove bene, non è un buco) e arredata con gusto; le foto che vedete su Tripadvisor corrispondono alla realtà.
L'accoglienza molto cordiale; il proprietario e la moglie sono molto alla mano, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.
Siamo stati pochi giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Consigliatissima anche per soggiorni un po' più lunghi: ci sono la lavatrice, i detersivi, la lavastoviglie!! -

The flat is exactly as advertised, finished to a very high standard, modern, comfortable and conveniently located.
Domenico and his wife were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had a couple of requests on email before we arrived that were handled very well and efficiently. Everything was smooth.
We are a couple traveling with a baby, and they were able to provide a cot and a high chair for us. Once we moved a couple of breakable vases out of the way, the flat was also pretty baby-proof.
I've given the flat only 4 stars on value and location. Value because Rome is not cheap wherever you stay, and location because there are probably apartments that are more central. But this should not put you off, it's quick and no hassle to get into the centre by subway, bus or taxi and the location will be perfect for some people depending on what you are in Rome to see and do.
Tips: the best local supermarket is probably Carrefour - turn right out of the building and it's three or four blocks away, on your right hand side, the other side of the main road (Leone IV). If you turn right up Leone IV, on the left hand side, you will find Dino and Tony's which is a great trattoria. If you're hungry but lazy, there's a decent pizza takeaway left out of the building, about 50 yards away (takeaway evenings only). -

Mi marido y yo estuvimos en Casa Dom el primer fin de semana de enero, siguiendo el consejo de un amigo italiano. La ubicaciòn del apartamento permite de visitar muy facilmente muchos lugares interesantes. Ademàs està en una zona de shopping y restaurantes. Aunque si la casa no es muy grande, es muy cómoda, limpia y funcional. Aconsejo a todas las personas que quieren visitar Roma y alojar en un lugar donde se puede asegurar la maxima independencia. Espero regresar pronto a Roma y poder utilizar nuovamente esta estructura.

We had a tremendous experience from booking, payment, key pick up to check out. Domenico and his family were excellent too in providing tips and support in recommending things to do, restaurants, supermarkets etc. it as a tremendoius touch to have a little Christmas tree in the house. Also, there were some groceries too which helped get everyone settled in after a long flight.
The property was incredibly clean and of a good size for my wife and i together with our 4 year old. it is really well appointed with very new furniture, kitchen, bed etc. A home away from home.
The location is excellent. 150 metres to the metro, a few hundred yards from st peters. not that we used the metro - we walked all over the city from there. for example no more than 30 minutes to the spanish steps if you were to go directly. but it's rome - you don't.
Amenities were very good - the building is nice, other people there very friendly, lots of mini-marts, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
We had a wonderful family holiday - none of us had been to italy before - a big part of the enjoyment was living in an excellent apartment and the support of Domenico and family. -

La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati a Casa Dom una settimana in agosto, su consiglio di un amico. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il signor Domenico gentilissimo ci ha agevolato in tutto. L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima per girare per il centro di Roma, nonostante il caldo di Roma la casa era fresca e non abbiamo quasi dovuto accendere il condizionatore. La casa non è enorme, ma le stanze sono comodissime, anche il divano letto è estremamente comodo, il bagno pulitissimo e la cucina fornita di tutto. Nonostante la posizione centrale il rumore del traffico quasi non si sente. Sicuramente posso raccomandare Casa Dom a coppie o famiglie con uno-due figli e certamente ci tornerò se mai vorrò fare un'altra vacanza a Roma.
