The apartment Greci can be found within the premises of Spagna area, It is located in Via dei Greci, a side street of the famous Via del Babuino, one of the most beautiful street of the area. The apartment in very quiet and is located at the second floor of an elegant building of four. The interiors are contemporary classic, and the rooms are spacious and furnished with care.

The entrance of the apartment will lead you to the living and to the kitchen, the living going to the right, and to the kitchen going ahead. The bright living owns a comfortable sofa, convertible in a standard double, an armchair and a table that once opened is ab...le to guest up to 8 persons. From the kitchen trough a small corridor you will be able to access the two bedrooms. The first bedroom sleeps up to 3 guests, owning 3 single beds and comes with a large en-suite bathroom with shower tub. The second is a double bedroom, with a double queen bed. The second bathroom with shower is not en-suite and can be accessed through the corridor leading to the second bedroom from the kitchen. The kitchen is really complete and comes with gas stoves, refrigerator, freezer oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment is comfortable and well projected, easy to live even for a small group of 3 couples, since there is a second room to have breakfast or a small lunch connected to the kitchen, and since one of the bathroom is not en-suite.

The apartment is sunny and bright during the greatest part of the hour of the day, some of the rooms are exposed to a nice view of the characteristic roofs of the area.

The location of the apartment Greci is awesome as it is situated in the Spanish Steps area and few meters away from Piazza del Popolo. Places and historic sites within 15 minutes walking: Palace of Deputies, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Victorian, Via Veneto, Piazza Navona, Quirinale, Piazza del Campidoglio, Campo dei Fiori and more…

It may also help to know that at less than 100 meters from the apartment you can find a Supermarket (Carrefour Express - Via Vittoria, 22, +39 06 ), Pharmacy (Via della Croce, 10), the closest Bank with ATM is at 300 meters (Intesa – Piazza di Spagna, 1).

The area is really rich of restaurants, and cafes. The most beautiful cafes are in that area, just to mention two myths in Rome, the “Caffè Greco” and “Babington's”.

Worth also to mention that the apartment is surrounded by the most elegant boutiques of the city: Chanel, Tiffany, Chopard... are only some of the brands at less than 5 minutes of distance from the door of the building.
