This studio is located on the terrace of a prestigious building in Via dei Condotti (to get it you have to go up on a lovely spiral staircase), where you enjoy a pleasant walking in ancient Rome, very close to Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), only two minute!
It offers a characteristic view on the Roman roofs and terraces and give the chance to enjoy the advantages of staying in the lovely city centre being in a quiet retreat where relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights in april and really enjoyed our time here. The location is superb with everything nearby. We loved the sunny rooftop terrace with plants and flowers and enjoyed eating outside in the sunshine. The apartment is well equipped and although small we had everything we needed. Good wifi access and milk, tea, coffee and cakes provided for breakfast ! We would definitely recommend for a couple and would stay here again. Owner very friendly and helpful

We stayed here three nights around old/new year 2012/2013. We wanted a central, but quite apartment. This fulfilled our requirements. Although very close to piazza Navano, we had no problems with sleeping - partly because the bedroom is situated at the rear of the apartment. Even with new years eve we had no problems!
The apartment itself, but not very luxurious (which we didn't expect either. However, everything we needed was there. It is large enough for two or three people and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but everything you need is there. The shower could have been better, but after we figured out how it worked it was usable (do not expect to much, though). As a plus there was fast free Wifi in the apartment.
The owner is very nice and very responsive to e-mail. I can fully recomment the place.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. There is no way to get lost because you just head back to the Spanish Steps and the apartment is right around the corner with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. Our hosts arranged airport transfers for us and meet us at the apartment when we arrived. We loved also the spiral staircase!

The apartment had a really cosy friendly feel,the natural light coming through windows is very pleasant. We loved the balcony overlooking the Rome rooftops. It was lovely to have breakfast out there and to sit after the days sightseeing.
I definitaly recommend this place!
