Spendid panoramic penthouse with large terrace.
The apartment is located in a quiet and elegant area and has a very beautiful view to the park dell'Insugherata. It's composed of a living room with kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, with hydromassage and chromotherapy. All rooms are equipped with TV and heating / air conditioning system.
The terrace is about 50 square meters and is furnished (table, chairs, umbrellas, sofas, barbeque).
The penthouse is just been renovated and is elegantly furnished.
