Noiseless apartment of 85 sm in Via Principe Umberto, in the Esquilino area, at 5 minutes on foot from the Central Station (Termini) and 10 minutes from the Colosseo.

It's composed of a wide living room with a confortable double sofa-bed, two bedrooms, with TV, DVD and hi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, american coffee machine and eletrical boiler for the water) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Furthermore, the apartment has centralized heating and air conditioning.

The apartament can room up to 6 guests and there is a baby- bed available.

      The house was just perfect,absolutely clean,extremely warm all the time providing hot water and heater.The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds really big,the bathroom clean and hot water was always there for us,the kitchen was fully equiped with everything just in case you wanted to cook something istead of eating out.The location is pretty good since it is near the Termini Station from which you can approach everything.We were totally satisfied and if we return we will definitely go there again!!The housekeeper Rene was really friendly and smily.Highly recommended.
