Very comfortable and luxury furnished, the place is exactly as described and shown in pics and is really fully equipped. Ideal for a couple or at least a couple with a baby (as we were). Everything worked perfectly and the host is really nice and helpful.
A perfect place to combine sightseeing, good eating, nightlife and very easy connections. Being close to the main railway station means you have at hand all kind of public transport so you can do everything in no time. We really enjoyed our stay, Thx a lot!

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well located and well equipped. Beautiful decoration with really old furniture. The area is quite central and many places are reachable on foot but also there is plenty of public transportation pretty close to the apartment. Lots of nice restaurants with good italian food and not too expensive, plus pizzeria fromula uno one of the best I have tried in Roma The owner is very kind and helpful everything was easy. Au revoir Michele!

Staying in the apartment was really pleasant. It is really close to Termini station which was very convenient for me and my mum who has health problems.
Michele was a very nice host, very helpful and his wife is really lovely! :) He provided us all maps and tips how to move around Rome. Big thank you to him for that! Also for all help :)
The place is very clean and well planned, it is easy to fit all your luggage although the apartment is not very big. There is a massive and modern wardrobe full of spare towels and pillows.
It would be recommended for lonely travelers who look for peace and relax.

      A special place! Highly recommended!

I have reserved this lovely suite for my uncle and his wife coming from NYC for a short holiday.
It is exactly as described and showed in pics and I agree with worldtravelberlin ...definitely "a small gem".
Tasteful and gorgeous decoration, authentic really old antiques and paintings, very comfy and so elegant, ideal for a romantic couple of all ages.
The apartment was also perfectly cleaned, tidy and is fully equipped with everything you could need.
Michele is careful and helpful, so nice and easy-going, it was a pleasure to deal with him.
The district is quite central and many places are easily walkable but also it is fully served by all kind of public transport.
Although it is a lively area full of really good restaurants, wine bar etc... sleeping was not a problem at all, also the bed is very comfortable.
      I would surely recommend it!

This is an excellent, quiet and small place for a couple with a young heart. The apartment is not big, but well furnished and located in a very interesting lively neighbourhood. Furniture is an interesting mix of really old, individual pieces complemented by a few Ikea pieces. The owner is very very helpful.

Very nice place to stay in!

Left on 03/31/2013 for a stay in March 2013

I was there just last week with my parents. We were met and treated by the host very good. Michele is very kind and caring. He showed us everything inside and gave us some tips about the city itself. He even informed us about the weather(!) and we kept in touch (it was easy to reach him), but there were no problems at all, everything worked and looked as in pictures. I would say even better because of the fresh air which comes when you open the window. Its suitable for everyone and just perfect for the lovely couples of all age.The appartment is in the area where the cafes and shops are nearby. Bus stops are just 1 min away and you can easily walk to Termini during 10 mins. This lovely and really elegant apartment is really worth a visit!

I stayed for the New Year's Eve week in this lovely apartment located in the lively district of San Lorenzo, 10 minutes' walk from Termini central station, well connected to all areas of the city and with dining and entertainment all around (but still the apartment overlooks a quiet and silent alley). The apartment has just been renovated (I was the first guest :), it is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need; Michele is a perfect host and gave me many tips on what to visit and how to get around the city .. highly recommended!
