This apartment is luxury class with 3 ½ meter ceilings, large windows throughout, and a location in one of the very best areas of Rome. The apartment is on the third floor (4th floor USA) and is serviced by an elevator. The large living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and a big screen television. There are large windows that give wonderful light to the apartment. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment for cooking and serving including 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The apartment is located in the Heart of Old Rome just a few steps from the Ara Pacis and Augustos Imperatore. A five minute walk brings you to the Spanish Steps and one of Rome's most prestigious shopping areas. Five minutes in the other direction is the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The apartment is just to the south of the Ponte Cavour Bridge on the opposite side of the Tiber river from the Vatican and the Castel Sant'Angelo. The location is home to many good restaurants and is one of the most desirable locations in Rome. Also in a short walk you can be at the Piazza Venezia and the Monument of Vittorio Emanuele II. You can go partially up the monument to get a great view of Rome or take the elevator to the top for a greater view.
