Silver Fern is a spacious, bright, comfortable apartment. It is equipped with everything you need !
Its location is central and easily accessible from all parts of the city.
It consists of four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen/ dining room.
The building was built in the late 1800's but has been completely renovated and furnished in 2012, in interior spaces we maintain the old layout of the rooms, as an innovation, it has been created a space very large, where you can cook, eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing in Rome.
Entering in the apartment you will find yourself in a large room with a large kitchen Chef, with dishwasher, washer-dryer, large fridge, oven, toaster, juicer, the most widely used tools, dishes, glasses, pots and cups.
The apartment is fully heated and has an unlimited supply of hot water.
Since condominium rules don't permits external motor, Air Conditioning is not present in the apartment.
Silver Fern is located in the Esquiline, on the eastern side of the city center, close to the Termini station, best location in town to walk around and experience the real Rome.
As of 01/09/2014, anyone staying in any accommodation in Rome is required to pay an additional overnight tax of €3,50 per person per night for a maximum of 10 days. Children under 10 are exempt from payment.
