Description

Ciao!!!!!!!! And thanks for visting my page!! It will be my pleasure and honour to host you and help have the best stay in Rome!!

The flat is very centrally located.. 900 mts from San Giovanni Basilica and 30 mins walking distance from Coliseum. Located in front of a lovely park (called 'Villa Fiorelli') and 5 minutes walk from the trendy 'Pigneto' area.

It is also:

- 2 min walk from LODI new Metro Station

- 2 min walk to Bus stop ( take you close to Termini Station)

- 5 min walk from Tuscolana Train Station

- 10 min walk from Tube Station (located in Piazza Re di Roma)

The flat is at the ground floor of a nice 1940's building. It's very cosy, quite and bright and the area has the fascinating taste of being in a small village but in the heart or rome ( think a bit like Notting hill in london)

the flat is fully and nicely furnished and has:

- 2 bedrooms and can sleep five people

- livingroom with kitchen

- en suite bath with large shower and bidet

- Free high speed internet /Wifi.

- dishwasher and washing machine

- Apple TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime

- TV SAT

it's vry very clean and ...Beautiful ( i lived there with my 2 daugthers for 6 years!)

Top quality and service is my priority!!!!!! My goal is to assist you behind the mere housing and also advice you and your family for a truly roman non-touristy experience . Trust me!

In fact I would be very happy to also provide:

- pick up/drop off service from/to airports/ train stations

- trips to florence, napoli, capri, pompei, amalfi coast...with dedicated driver for fantastic day trips

- tips-hints on where/how/what to eat, shop, see and have fun avoiding usual touristic trails and problems!

- guide service for tourists who need a qualifies and cheap roma guide

- special discounts in selected restaurants in the area of the flat where i ususlly go and eat myself.

es ‘ La Foglietta’ , located via Enna 47 ( 2 min walk ) is a big time Hosteria Romana where I usually go almost every week

‘Cala Luna’ in via Taranto ( 7 min walk ) is also one of my favourite local fish restaurants

‘Blind Pig’ in via La Spezia is a super Cocktail bar inspired by ‘speak easy ‘, Prohibitionist mood

‘Tira e molla’ just in front of villa Fiorelli is another very nice bar/restaurant where you can either go for a nice ‘aperol spritz ‘ or have lunch / dinner

- cooking classes also available

- I can also arrange a chef to come and cook for you

•Easy parking if you come with a car, both off street and paid next door
