We spent 5 nights in the Magnifico including our 19 year old daughter and the apartment could not have been more perfect! Everything worked out perfectly! Our greeter was on time and even had a few snacks and a bottle of wine ready for our arrival which was much appreciated after a long flight. We found the Magnifico to be extremely comfortable and clean. The location was fabulous. Each morning we sat on the Terrace enjoying our coffee (glad to have an american style coffee maker)). This was the second time we stayed in an Italy Perfect apartment in Rome and we look forward to future trips. We would be glad to stay in the Magnifico unit again.

VirginiaMagnifico was perfect!

We stayed at the Magnifico apartment for a week in Nov 2011. We found the apartment to be clean and bright, with an outstanding view of the Colisseum and Constantine's arch. The location was great: close to both the subway and a taxi stand, and within walking distance of just about everything. The area of Rome nearby, called the Monti, is full of little restaurants and shops. Pat Byrne of Italy Perfect was a terrific resource. She was so helpful: she helped us arrange transportation from the airport and back again, sent me information about tours of local sights, and answered any and all questions quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely try and stay in one of Italy Perfect's apartments next time we visit!

We truly enjoyed everything about Magnifico. Location is fantastic, walking distance to everything. But it's the view of the coliseum that makes it so much better. You can sense what is was like in days of old. Our service was wonderful, the apartment very gracious. It's the perfect way to see Rome.

The smartest thing my sister and I did for the Rome leg of our first Italian foray was to lease this apartment near the Colosseum for a week. If you get lost in Rome, you can always find the Colosseum. And after walking for hours, immersing ourselves in all things gloriously Roman, it was lovely to have an oasis where air conditioning and a large quiet space and a killer view of the Colosseum and arch of Constantine (especially at night)welcomed us home. The deck is large and perfect for cocktail hour or morning coffee(we did need to clean it a bit ourselves upon arrival).
We did not cook meals but it looked like if you were so inclined, everything rudimentary you would need was there in the small but efficient kitchen. (Tip: move the liquid cleansers from under the sink to the top of the washing machine outside to decrease the disinfectant odor). The main living area and master bedroom have great aC. The small second bedroom does not, and seems most appropriate for a child. The furnishings are exactly as described on the website and there is also much artwork to enjoy.
The neighborhood is delightful, with a school across the street, many restaurants (bars) very close by (where you will want to go for wireless access - the apartment wireless did not work), great people- watching due to a bridge and small park that was a gathering spot for Italians and tourists alike. Even with all the activity right outside the door, the apartment is quiet and relaxing. We never heard neighbors. The building is very secure. We were assured by Paul, our greeter (very helpful with finding the grocery and with general directions)that the neighborhood was safe and indeed, we felt that way the entire time as well as anywhere we went in Rome.
The "how to do Italy" information we received from Italy Perfect before arriving was invaluable and we referred to it often.
Thanks to Italy Perfect for helping us select this perfect locale. What wonderful memories we have!

Thanks so much for your note DK. It was a pleasure working with you. We are so glad you enjoyed the location, the apartment, the view and Rome! Also glad Paul was so helpful. Apologies that the terrace needed some cleaning, we'll work with the housekeeper on that.) Pat.

MaineGreat location, nice apartment
Left on 05/25/2011 for a stay in May 2011
ItalyPerfect was great with reservations and apartment recommendations. Paul, the greeter and local contact, was great. We highly recommend paying for Stefano, the recommended driver to take you to and from the airport.
The apartment turns out to be a great location. We'd never been to Rome before and were pleased with the area. We walked all over the city and used the Metro stop which is right outside the front door. There are good local markets and shops close by.
There is plenty of room in the apartment and it is quite comfortable. The decor is modern, not quite old-world charming. But it is well furnished with quality furnishings. The kitchen is small and lacking enough prep knives, but was fine for many meals and coffee in the morning.
Don't count on the wi-fi working. other than that, no complaints. We will definitely use ItalyPerfect againResponse from Italy Perfect - 05/26/2011

Thank you so much for your note. We will add knives! The wifi login and info is on the desk. I think your greeter may have failed to show it to you, sorry!

Houston, TXMagnifico indeed
Left on 06/10/2009 for a stay in April 2009
Having been to Rome twice before, this was our first time staying in a
flat. Nothing can compare than having the experience of true Roman
living. Magnifico was everything it was advertised. The greeter was
there when we arrived and was helpful with our questions. The view
was incredible and the flat very lovely and comfortable. Excellent
location for ancient Rome lovers and an easy stroll to restaurants etc. I
can easily recommend Magnifico.
