Iloilo PhilippinesGreat Location
Left on 11/14/2011 for a stay in November 2011
Very good location and It's quiet.
There are restaurants, shops even a grocery store just a few steps away from the main entrance.
It's less than 5 min to get to Piazza Navona, maybe 10 to 15 min to the Vatican, Pantheon or the Trevi Fountain.
The apartment has a lived-in feel. There's a shelf of assorted books, a drawer filled with travel books and guides to rome and Italy. Another drawer with umbrellas which we used.
Most important is that we were warmly welcomed by the person in charge. He gave us valuable information and tips in and around the city of Rome.
Not long after the person in charge left, the owner dropped by to say hello, and to make sure that everything was fine and in order.
I must say we left Rome with new friends.
We were 5 in our party, and it was comfortable and just right for us.. -

Silay City, PhilippinesLovely apartment, Perfect Location
Left on 11/12/2011 for a stay in November 2011
This apartment is a gem! The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and for great choices of restaurants. There's even a supermarket just a few steps away. Yet no matter how noisy the street outside is, it is always nice and quiet inside the apartment.
The apartment itself is spacious, very comfortable and tastefully done. We especially loved the skylight in the library and the bedrooms in the lofts! The apartment also has a secret safety deposit box!
Marco was very nice and friendly and so easy to talk to. He was very accommodating. He gave us a lot of tips and showed us the maps, guidebooks and the umbrellas that we could use in the apartment.
Thank you so much, Marco, for making our Rome experience even more memorable! -

Arizona (USA)Worked well with family - great location
Left on 09/01/2010 for a stay in July 2010
We enjoyed staying here. Nice layout of apt. Would be difficult for someone if they are in a wheelchair the bedrooms you climb a ladder to get up, however there are 2 couches downstairs that may work. It worked great having teenagers we each had our own bathrooms. Marco is great and so is his housecleaner Lui. Great location very close to all the main sites.

The NetherlandsGreat hospitality, great location
Left on 07/20/2009 for a stay in October 2007
Great service and hospitality by the owner. He gave us soon as we arrived the feeling of beeing home. Good advices where to go and where to eat. Always doing the best for his guests.
The appartment is very comfortable, clean and enough space for the six of us (7 is also possible without any problem). Everthing you need for daily living is available.
The location is perfect in the middle of Rome. From this appartment everything can be visited by walking arround. Great restaurants and shops (for daily bread etc) in the direct enviroment.
We cannot say that there were things that we liked least. What we most liked was living in the centre of Rome for a good price and great hopsitality -

Nashville, TnPiazza Navona apartment
Left on 06/06/2009 for a stay in July 2008
The apartment is ideally located in Navona, within walking distance of many sights and old piazzas. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. The apartment is up several flights of stairs(difficult when arriving and departing with luggage but otherwise o.k.)at the top of the building. The furnishing are o.k. but it is somewhat dark and during the summer the a/c is minimal due to old wiring that causes fuses to blow if a/c and ANY other appliance is running, including hot water for shower, leaving you in pitch black until you find and switch the breaker. I believe that this is common in this area due to the age of buildings. If location is most important to you this is a great place.
