This apartment is unbelievably big with its 3 bedrooms (and potential for another room to be a fourth), and 2 full baths (one of which is huge). It is just outside the old city walls (about 10min walk) but wonderfully located to all kind public transportation - bus, metro. You'll enjoy the quiet court yard and the fact that the apartment is on the first floor. We loved having coffee and ice-cream at the local cafe just downstairs at the main street. Only recommendation would be to fix some of the single beds.

We had a fantastic experience at Piazza Tuscolo in San Giovanni. It was our first trip to Rome and was extremely glad we found this apartment through Roman Reference. The place is away from the very busy tourist areas of Rome. Location allowed us to enjoy a more local environment which we certainly appreciated. Wonderful place just outside the apartment where we enjoyed morning coffee and wonderful pastry. A restaurant round the corner, recommended by Enzo turned out to be very good. We had no italian but the staff managed with little english. A bit of a walk(about 500m) from the tube, but for my sons it was no problem. Place is cozy, very comfortable for our party of seven. wd definitely book the place again should we make a return trip to Rome.

Our family loved the apartment, its location, the shops and restaurants, the tile floors, the beautiful furniture, and the peaceful courtyard. Everyday, after easy excursions via the Metro to historic sites, we looked forward to returning to our "home" for a nice home-cooked meal or an affordable dining experience at a local restaurant.

We needed a family place to stay in Rome before our cruise for 3 days
We all met on a Sunday coming from different places of the world in different airlines
It was ready for us, clean, enough room for 6 to sleep (parents, adult children, niece and sister)very atractive living/dinning room area
Location was great, closer to metro station, easy to walk in the neighborhood and close to supermarkets, we had wonderful breakfasts with fresh bread, cheeses, procuito, etc
Kitchen was well equipted except for the coffee maker (too difficult to use for americans)
The only problem is the water heater, we were informed on arrival that water was enough for 3 people so we had to take very short showers and have a race in the morning to use it before the others
we will go again!Very reliable company

This large apartment was just what we wanted -
four bedrooms, independent living and an easy
commute to the historical centres of Rome.
Although on a busy street corner, the
apartment buildings had it's own beautiful
gardens which were a haven of peace. It was
only a 5 minute walk from a Metro stop and
proved a fantastic base.
It really is the only way to enjoy The Eternal
City - As Arnie would say "I'll be back"!

There were only four of us staying in this huige place, but we could've
slept about twelve! Excellent location, within walking distance of many
restaurants an easy metro access. The key drop-off was easy and
punctual and the folks we dealt with were all very friendly and helpful.

Nice appartment with "antique atmosphere" in a wonderful condo.
Close to metro. For breakfast just get around the corner in the Cafe and have a cappuccino and a toast or what ever you need.

We rented this appartment with our family; my 60+ parents, my two sisters (late 20's), myself and my live-in boyfriend for a week in August. Having been in Rome before we were a bit sceptical about the location; would it be too far from the centre? There was no need; the metro is just a few minutes away to take you to the centre, and a lot of busses also pass the piazza.
There were many excellent restaurants nearby, one just across the piazza, very excellent pasta! Also there's a cafe downstairs with a great pastry section, and a small florist on the corner.
Coming to the appartment we had to wait for the keys for almost half an hour, but after that everything went smoothly and we were even allowed a late check out as our plane back left in the evening. The appartment itself is very nice; well decorated and beautiful. We had some problems with the water heater, and would have wanted more fans or an airconditioner that would have worked, but otherwise everything was great. Would happily recommend this appartment. -

The apartment is in a good location and beautifully decorated. A little noisy but you get that in Rome! The hot water did not work for most of the time we were there and the agent was very unhelpful in having the probelm rectified. We were given some compensation for the inconvenience but would have rathered prompt service and hot water.

As per our Q&A there are problems that just cannot be solved immediately and in those cases, like in yours, we offer you 3 alternative options: 1. full refund if you prefer to leave the apartment 2. an alternative apartment of equal or better value 3. a partial refund if you choose to stay on. You chose the latter and we sent our handyman and a technician within hours, what else can we do if fixing requires a missing piece which is hard to find?
