Left on 02/05/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Perfect choice for Roman holiday! Great decoration: antique/retro, so bright and light with views over all of Rome from every window. The terrace was the highlight, we enjoyed the roman sunshine and the great views every day!
Great location, St Peters & Castel St angelo at the end of the street & Can walk to all the best spots in the Centro or buses at the end of the street. The downstairs cafe & pizza shop were great if we were too lazy to cook! We Shopped at the massive local food market, Mercato Trionfale, amazing!
Sleep in Italy were professional, friendly and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and fully.
We travel to Rome regularly and hope to stay in the apartment again, we're now calling it 'our Rome apartment'!Response from Sleep In Italy - 02/20/2012

Maidstone, United KingdomGreat place to stay, but one word of advice
Left on 10/28/2011 for a stay in October 2011
All the comments by previous guests are true. This is a lovely apartment in a great location. This was our first trip to Rome and the accommodation was a bonus. The sofa bed in the lounge converted to a comfortable bed for our 16 yr old son. Our bed was also really firm and comfy. We had only one complaint during our five day stay. We had no hot water for 24 hrs and had to call the agent out twice. He was friendly and willing and fixed it, but we never really got to the bottom of what the problem was. Shame really as it marred what was otherwise a great place to rent. We arranged this stay through 'Sleep Italy' who were very efficient and helpful, answering all questions and emails promptly.

This apartment has many postives and a few negatives. Postives: great location, easy check in process, within easy walking distance of St. Peter's square and other sights in Rome, a wonderful restaurant just below the apartment, an elevator and air conditioning and a supermaket across the street. Negatives: Can be noisy as it is on a busy street and the bed needs to be replaced

ScotlandSuperb apartment in a great location

The apartment was immaculate, well presented and stylish. It was equipped with everything we required and had great views over to St Peters which was fantastic in the evening to sit and relax enjoying a chilled beer on the balcony. We would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of going to Rome and also the Porta Castello restaurant at the bottom of the stairs from the flat served amazing pizza and pasta, great for a meal after a long day exploring the City.

We rented this apartment through sleepinitaly.com, and it was absolutely perfect. Located between St. Peters and Castle St Angelo means that you have great views from the roof terrace, which is bigger than it appears in the photographs and is a perfect place to eat breakfast in the sun or enjoy a few glassees of red in the evening.
The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked with towels etc, even some aftersun :) There was also a good stereo, a tv, dvd player and VHS, although we didn't watch any tv it might be useful if the weather is bad.
I'd thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone and will no doubt use it again on my next visit to rome. -

Stayed at this apartment for a long weekend and have mainly chosen it for the views. Rome from the 7th floor is a world on its own. It was great in the mornings to see the city wake up and in the early evening to relax for a few hours prior to dinner and see the sun set. Fantastic views and beautiful light. Close to some great restaurants and withing walking distance from the metro. The apartment iteld had good facilities and was very spacious. Highly recommended.

This apartment greatly enhanced the overall experience of our trip to Rome. It was in a residential neighborhood thus affording all of the conveniences of such and getting a real taste of living in Rome. Food markets and many specialty food stores were very close by. Many good small and inexpensive restaurants as well as some real foodie finds were within a ten minute walk. We walked to everything. The Vatican is three blocks away and the Colosseum took us 45 minutes to walk to. The apartment was well furnished and very clean upon our arrival. The owner would actually spend time there and the apartment reflected that. The terrace alone is worth the price. Spectacular views and very little street noise. We took advantage of it for breakfast, downtime, and to enjoy our purchases from the local farm markets at dinner overlooking the city. Sleep in Italy was very easy to deal with. All calls and emails were responded to immediately and productively.I will definitely call them on my next trip to Italy.
