Very clean, spacious, comfortable accommodations on a quiet street. Exactly as pictured - the balcony seemed even larger. Kitchen was very well equipped - enjoyed a hearty breakfast each day before heading out to explore. Every detail was clearly explained on check-in. Great location for seeing all the magnificent sights of Roma! Spent a week here, and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Spacious appartment on 2nd floor, fully equiped kitchen,,large balcony on the backside.Good
beds,somewhat hard. 1 large bathroom and 1 smaller bathroom ensuite the master bedroom. Clean . Situated in quiet area and street, so no noise at night. 3 min. walk to metro and supermarket. We were welcomed very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this appartment! I just recommended it to a friend.
We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 teens.

We were met promptly at the apartment and everything was very well explained. We found the apartment to be beautifully furnished, very large and comfortable and lovely to return to after a busy day. It was very warm and cosy. The location is superb. Get your walking shoes on!

The apartment is big, with a nice balcony where you can rest after a long day walking in the city. It was very easy to check-in and check-out. There are many local restaurants with high quality in the area around and the rent is low considered the quality and the location.

My 4 sisters and I found the apartment to be very clean, spacious and well equipped; we loved the location and could walk to many city centre attractions. There are also some good restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as small grocery shops.
Communication before our trip was excellent (with Paola), and we were met at the apartment by a very pleasant and helpful member of staff.
Would definitely stay here again! -

Very efficient booking, met and welcomed as planned at this fantastic, clean and well-equipped apartment in a fascinating area of the city, within walking distance or easy public transport of all the amazing sites of Rome. There are great local restaurants and shops within minutes of the apartment.

Very close to the Colosseum, Palatine, Romano Forum and after gaining our bearings it is quite within walking distance to all the other major attractions in Rome. We found half an hour to Trevi Fountain Spanish steps, Pantheon etc and only another 15 minutes or so got us to the Vatican. Found our way to the accommodation quite easliy from the Termini train station 10 - 15 minutes, even after taking a wrong turn from the instuctions on the website (our fault not the website). The agent provided good instruction on local conveniences and intricacies of the apartment.
The accommodation was very comfortable and clean beautifully decorated with all modern conveniences. (one shower a bit small but still functional) Plenty of restaurants close by, internet cafe etc. If you have your own laptop, I believe that Wifi is available.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. -

An apartment you feel like at home. We enjoyed the stay in the beautiful city of Rome so much because of this apartment where we had the oportunity to relax although we were just in the heart of the city.

This apartment was a joy - you live like a true Roman with local residents all around. The apartment itself was huge and filled with antiques, books, a chandelier - it was so charming. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. There were two bathrooms, a washing machine - it was truly a home away from home (except nicer!). The apartment is a lazy 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and there are lots of great eateries, supermarkets, shops etc all around. I didn't want to go home!

Even though we were arrived early, we were met promptly by the keyholder and given a tour and explanation about the apartment while the cleaning crew was finishing up. We were also given directions to the metro, grocery and trash dumpsters, and how to check out early as we had a very early flight to leave Rome.
The apartment was wonderful for 4 adults and 2 children to share. The living room gave us seating without having to sit on our beds (like a hotel), the kitchen was beautifully equipped for cooking (we prepared 2 full meals as well as breakfasts and lunches--a big help with 2 children) and I took advantage of the washing machine and thankful for the dishwasher. The nicest treats were the books, music and umbrellas for our use.
I can't say enough for the location. Knew it was close, but did not realize until we almost walked our legs off how centrally located it was. We had little need to take the metro, and only used a cab to and from the airport.
Our daughter and family as well as we have made the decision should we ever return (and hopefully, we will), we would be happy to stay here again, and will recommend it to friends. Thanks!! -

Great location, easy walk to Colosseum and other Rome attractions. Apartment was spacious, quiet, clean, and well furnished. We had a great stay. One word of warning is that it is on the 3rd floor (58 steps).
