      Appartment Viola - Rome

Left on 09/22/2011 for a stay in May 2011

Very nice appartment, ideal for 2 persons. The Kitchen is very small, but has all the equipment you might need. On the other hand: there are a lot of restaurants just around the corner, so you probably won't need the kitchen anyway.
I think that for 4 persons the appartment would be a bit small.

Great small apartment in a loverly area

Left on 08/18/2011 for a stay in July 2011

Stayed with my family of four. Really liked the Trastevere area. It has lots of walking streets with restaurants and is only a short walk across the (pedestrian) bridge to the historic center of Rome. The apartment worked great for my family, but might be a little small for four adults. It was a real plus to have the kitchen, laundry, air conditioning and free wifi. It was also great to have the extra space of an apartment over a single room at a hotel. We would definitely return to this apartment.

Tiny but comfortable, great location, quiet

Left on 06/02/2011 for a stay in May 2011

The apartment is advertised as being suitable for up to five people, but unless three of them were small children I don't think it would be workable. The space is extremely small and full of ornaments and other decorations that make it seem even smaller.

Everything works well, and the kitchen is perfectly functional for preparing meals using the beautiful produce available a few blocks away at the San Cosimato market. There is good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

We would readily stay at The Viola again as the location is brilliant and the price very reasonable.

Relaxing and quiet, an easy walk from major things to see

Left on 02/17/2011 for a stay in November 2010

Viola was a lovely, private apartment surrounded by places to eat and drink and an easy walk from everything we wanted to see. The owner was very helpful and friendly to settle us in and help us call a taxi to the airport. I thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a base in Rome.

What a great place to stay, right in the middle of Trastevere. A very quaint, eclectic and comfortable apartment to rent. Everything we needed was available thanks to Iola who helped us with any queries. The apartment made our visit to Rome all the more memorable.

      At home in Rome

Left on 06/11/2010 for a stay in March 2010

We spent a lovely week in this Trastevere apartment, which is conveniently situated halfway between the Vatican and the Colosseum. It is equipped with everything you might possibly need and more. The sofa and beds are comfortable; the decorations tasteful; the atmosphere is cosy, and although street life starts just around the corner it is an oasis of peace and quiet. We are definitely coming back!

      Lovely place, charming street.

Left on 06/10/2010 for a stay in April 2010

It was perfect: we met nice people, the sun was here too.
There was so many places to visit that our feet suffered!
We came back as soon as possible.
