Quiet, modern, comfortable and with a small and pretty terrace, this fantastic one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and it is a great choice for a couple or a small family visiting Rome. USAGreat location and comfortable spacious apartment
Left on 09/29/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Apartment is on top floor but building has a small lift. Very secure and a safe great location five minutes from Spanish steps and Piazza Poppola on a serious high end shopping street called Via Balbuino (Prada, Chanel). Five minutes walk to Piazza Spagna metro. To locate apartment building, look for store called God Save the Queen and it is right next door. Clean and functional kitchen. Great little balcony overlooking Rome but small and fits two people comfortably. Comfortable bed but comforter had large stain on it and no duvet cover. Bathroom is clean and functional but shower is small and water pressure is not strong. Washer dryer in bathroom but it works horribly as a dryer - would air dry anything washed. Free wifi. Only negative is our first night there, there was an outdoor club or party nearby that blasted music well into three am in the morning. This was heard throughout apartment despite all windows being closed. This happened on a Friday and did not happen again and we stayed through Tuesday so it may have been a one time incident. Note that Friendly rentals charges a 30 euro fee for late arrivals.

Washington, DCVery nice, slightly quirky apartment
Left on 09/22/2011 for a stay in August 2011
This is quite a nice apartment for two, but starts getting full with three. Excellent location for walking the city, plus easy walking access to food store. Quiet despite central location. Clean and well-equipped. Nice, small terrace with a good view on the city. Friendly Rental staff lived up to their name. They were helpful, efficient, and followed through on questions.
Downsides: limited clothing storage space and closet is on a separate floor from the bedroom. It was extremely hot when we were in Rome and the apartment is on the top floor of its building, sooo, the aC had its work cut out for it. The apartment was warm, but certainly not intolerable. If it hadn't been in the high 90s, this probably would not be an issue. A tiny elevator gets you to the top floor where the apartment is, but if you are mobility limited, this is not the apartment for you. -

Montreal, CanadaFabulous location!
Left on 09/15/2011 for a stay in June 2011
This place was in an excellent, safe, and fashionable area of the city. We loved it! The only reason we did not give this a 5 star review is that parts of the apartment--kitchen and bathroom --are starting to be dated and can do with a facelift. Otherwise, fabulous!

Great little apartment in a fantastic location bang in the centre of Rome. Well equipped with airCon, Dishwasher, Microwave and all the essentials. Lovely little balcony with enough space to sit out with a drink or with breakfast overlooking the Rome roof tops. Only issue was the height of the ceiling, did bang my head a few times (I'm 6'2")

Left on 06/11/2010 for a stay in April 2010
The apartment is located very centrally, 3 min to Piaza di Spagna. There's no noise from the street at all. Apartment is very spacious, very well equiped, TV with lot's of channels, including cartoons for kids, well equiped kitchen. There is a small balcony where you can have a morning coffee or smoke outside (not possible to smoke inside!). The owners of the apartment are very friendly and helpful. They didn't charge us for a late check-in and were very open to answer different questions about the city as this was our first trip to Rome. The only small thing which I didn't like was a very small elevator and not very safe stairs for kids from the elevator to the apartment, but this was the only minor. Overall is excellent quality and price.
