Holiday home located in the center of Pigneto famous neighborhood where many films were shot great directors such as Pasolini and Rossellini.
Today the neighborhood is a thriving cultural center for artists and young foreigners who lights up the night with its many nightclubs, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters and laboratories.
The proximity to the center is assured by frequent tram service, bus and metro, all located a few meters from the house.
In addition, close to home there are all essential services, such as banks, post office, supermarket, kiosk shops and many other kinds of goods.

It'very pleasant loft, very clean and fonctional.
The bus station is near the loft in 10mn you are in center of Rome.
There is every day a market near the loft,
restaurant and bar. -

We had a very, very pleasant stay. The apartment is tidy, well equiped with modern bathroom and really excellent for some homecooking, a welcome retreat from the city centre rush. The neighbourhood is lively but relaxed, with a winebar across the street, another library/salad bar at the end of the street, a daily market only one block away, with fresh (!!!) reeeally tasty ingredients, wich transforms in a lively street where trendy romans enjoy their drinks. There is a medium supermarket just around the corner as well.
A tram or bus takes you to the nearest metrostation in only 10 minutes. The city centre takes about 20 minutes at most. The friendly host andrea tells you everything you want to know.. The rest you can find in the heap of brochures in the cupboard underneath the bigscreen telly & DVD! For those who didn't get it by now.. this is the place you've been looking for. -

The apartment is stylish and is in a great area- Pigneto- great coffee shop, wine bars, good (and reasonably priced) restaurants. Area felt relaxed, safe and had a friendly vibe even late at night. Only 20 mins from centre of Rome via tram- and the tram stop is only 5 mins away. The owner, Andrea, was helpful and friendly.

I was staying at Pigneto´s Loft in october 2008 with my boyfriend. It was the best choice we could have made. Our arrival was uncomplicated and andrea welcomed us in the apartment very nicely and also gave us an introduction about the area and some tips where to go. One of the best was the ice cream place right around the corner where I ate the (by far) best ice cream of my life (it´s been a while and i still feel that way). Andrea was always willing to help us with any problems - fortunately we never had any.
For only the two of us the place was very spacious and comfortable, it would have been no problem to stay there with more people.
Everything was very clean and well equipped. There was everything we needed in the bathroom and the kitchen area.
Rome Pigneto was a great area of the city to stay for our visit. It was easy to get to all the sightseeing places, but the area itself is not very touristy. It is safe and there are a lot very nice places around to go out, like excellent restaurants and wine bars.
We would have loved to stay there longer than just one week. -

I failed in love with pigneto's loft as soon as i saw the pictures on the website but living inside the loft was so much beautiful and really comfortable with a great reception , made me feel as being in my own home.Andrea also was very kind and available to any request i could have. The area is very nice with pubs and restaurants of any kind. I really suggest it to everyone as a great choice for an unforgettable stay as "citizen of Rome" !!! :)
