The apartment islocated in Appio Latino district, near red subway 'Colli Albani / Parco Appia Antica' stop. In 'Largo Colli Albani square are bus and taxi stop too. A few stops from the Termini railway station and 10 minutes to the center. Well connected to the airports.
The house is independent, ground floor, consisting of three bedrooms (2 with double bed, and another one with 2 singles beds) living room with open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located 100 meters from the Red Line Station / A Underground, Colli Albani/Appia Antica park. make travel is very easy and simple.At few stops to Termini station and 10 minutes to down town

I recently spent four nights at Claudia's apartment with two friends and their two year old baby. Claudia was very accommodating in organising a cot for the baby at no extra cost and allowed me an early check in as the apartment had been free the previous night.
The apartment is easy to find and very handy to the a line metro which connects it to the city centre and many of Rome's attractions.
There is a fantasic gelato place basically next door too :-)
We found it had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, a full kitchen for those who want to cook and being a ground floor apartment it was very easy to access with luggage and a baby pushchair.
All in all a very pleasing stay and definitely preferable to an overpriced hotel room, thank you very much :-) -

A spacious apartment in a pleasant building with your basic amenities for a short or extended stay. Situated very close to the Metro Line a, with access to the center within 20 minutes. Also very close to a beautiful park - Parco della Caffarella - and the Parco dell'Appia antica. Great place to take a walk, run, or bike ride. I came for work and it was the ideal place.
