you could not get closer to the Colosseum , across the road to a supermarket and great cafes.
Wonderful accomodation with children or a couple of friends.
Excellent and friendly help, efficient and very organised.
Superb and would highly recommend, also has wi-fi so activities can
be researched easily for next day. -

Our family of 6 stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in July. The location near the Colosseum is slightly off the beaten track from the main tourist sights but we really like the feel of the neighborhood, especially when we ventured a little bit away from the touristy Colosseum neighborhood. That said we could walk either to the metro (5 minutes) or really to central Rome (20+ minutes) so the location was perfectly convenient. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise; really nicely decorated with books and art and pretty nice furniture, a well stocked ktichen, well functioning a/c, 2 nice bathrooms (1 recently renovated), a washer and a small terrace to hang clothes. To be honest for the price I expected it to be more modest, so we were pleasantly surprised. Also there is a supermarket across the street, very convenient. The "key holder" was friendly, prompt and courteous and explained everything about the apartment. Next time I am in Rome I will try to rent this very apartment!
