We have a very nice holiday in Rome. The apartment is located in a good area, near to a market with fresh fruits and vegetables, and taste cheese and salami.
The apartment is clean and comfortable, near to the bus station. We can walk to Borghese Garden and to Piazza del Popolo, and we can reach the Termini station in 15 - 20 min. by bus.
If we return to Rome we intend to stay in this apartment again. -

(2 adults, 2 teens, 4 nights July 2012) This lovely 2/2 apartment is a quiet, top floor retreat in a very nice building with elevator and immaculate charming courtyard full of plants and light. The recently upgraded, newish interior is filled with new furnishings--very comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of linens and blankets. It is full of light (close shutters for darkness when desired) and has a practical layout. It was sparkling clean, a/c thoroughly cooled the entire place well, hot water plentiful for 4 people. Shower stalls (2) are typical small European. Fully equipped kitchen we cooked in it so we know so! Very comfortable beds. Location is 3 minute bus ride from Termini--outside the less desirable Termini neighborhood but well-situated for easy transport to all points, as Termini is major bus hub as well as trains and airport transfer. Take the bus, you will see Rome! The apartment's own neighborhood is quiet, non-touristy, authentic Roman surroundings--plentiful shops, restaurants, and a fabulous market at Piazza alessandria for the freshest foods and some street vendor items. 2 bus stop options 2 minutes walking, Piazza Fiume and Ponte Pia. Those with early or late arrivals or departures into and out of Rome will especially appreciate this apartment's efficient, ideal location.
