The living room (11.90 m² - West exposure) has a window overlooking both the courtyard and on the street. It includes a wardrobe, a sofa bed, two pull-out tables, a bookcase, a chair, a chair and an ottoman. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom.

Testaccio, sur la rive gauche du Tibre, est au pied de la colline de l’Aventin et en face de Trastevere. Il s’agit d’un quartier populaire encore peu connu des circuits touristiques et en constante effervescence, construit sur une plaine qui forme un quadrillage presque parfait de rues toutes parallèles et perpendiculaires entre elles. Séjourner dans ce quartier est un réel plaisir car il sait offrir non seulement des itinéraires culturels et naturels mais aussi mondains grâce à ses restaurants de tradition romaine et les bars nocturnes qui attirent un grand public. GINORI est situé dans un bel immeuble construit dans les années 30, à l’architecture caractéristique du Testaccio. Sur la place voisine, le marché alimentaire quotidien est réputé pour ses produits frais et ses prix compétitifs. Il se déplacera bientôt via Galvani toute proche, face aux anciens abattoirs réhabilités en musée d’art contemporain. L’appartement est parfaitement bien desservi par les transports en commun : métro B, les gares Ostiense et Roma-Ostia Lido, ainsi que de nombreuses lignes de bus, notamment, le n° 23 qui a un joli parcours le long du Tibre.
