we had a very pleasant stay

Left on 03/20/2013 for a stay in March 2013

We had a warm welcome by Eldwin who told us all the ins and outs of the appartment. The appartment itself was clean and had all what is needed to make the stay pleasant: a cosy couch, a place to sit and read or eat. Tv and wifi. A well equiped kitchen.
The only thing we missed, but that is probably because we dutch like (lots of coffee is a 'normal'coffee machine instead of the italian expresso machine that was available.

Comfortable studio and Francesco's good welcome !

Left on 02/24/2013 for a stay in February 2013

We appreciate the closeness of the ville Borghese and the transport (bus and train). The studio is pleasant to live.
We were very quickly helped out when it was necessary.
      We shall return certainly :o)

The most comfortable stay in the most pleasant area in the cutes

Left on 02/19/2013 for a stay in January 2013

Francesco (the sexiest of the title of my review) met me early in the morning as my flight into Rome arrived 530am. He was happy to see me and helped me bring my bags his charming Loft-Studio. After signing the required form he showed me on a map where all the nearby restaurants, grocery stores, metro stations, and other places of close-by interest were. The loft area is spacious and comfortable. It is such a large space that it never felt small or cramped. Francesco has thought of everything to make this beautifully located and well-appointed apartment into a very comfortable and home-like place to stay while in Rome. Just because it was budget-priced does not mean it was low-budget accessorized. Everything from satellite tv to very fast, strong wi-fi to washing machine, this place is the optimal choice when you have to "Be In Rome".

very nice appartement with super friendly owner

Left on 01/01/2013 for a stay in March 2012

I stayed in Rome for 5 month and I was really lucky to get the Parioli Hight Tech Studio. The appartement is really nice. When you want to invite friends it's no problem and the doorman Vito is very helpful. Before I left me and my boyfriend had trouble with our car and he helped us, he also brought me to the closest farmacy on a weekend when I couldn't find an open farmacy near the app. The owner Francesco is very caring and if you need anything he is willing to help you. It's also nice that the appartement is very close to a supermarket and close to the center. Also the nice Villa Borghese is close and you can enjoy nice walks there.

Only thing what I missed is air condition in summer..it was really hot.
